Hey guys I'm back again, I've moved away from the Bloodrush deck I was working on to make this simic deck. Once again please feel free to give constructive criticism, don't worry I don't bruise easily. Here it is......
2 blue sources? Plains should be island, but really you should have 4 Breeding Pool, 4 Hinterland Harbor, no guildgates.
Sapphire drake is too slow for constructed, Kalonian Tusker is M14 limited fodder, Gyre Sage should be in there, as well as 4 Scavenging Ooze. Fathom Mage possibly as a follow up to Master Biomancer. Depending on your curve you might want 4 Elvish Mystic to get there faster, and drop the Simic charms for more lands.
That was my mistake i wrote plains instead of islands.The reason for the guildgates was to not spend 40 dollars for a playset of breeding pool(the same with hinterland harbor) also because I don't like the idea of spending 2 life for it to come into play untapped. I might be looking at it the wrong way tho. Also the sapphire drakes I like because it gives my evolved guys flying which has won me games....question what does "limited fodder" mean?

Limited fodder is sealed material. Not good enough for constructed (standard,modern,legacy ETC..) If you could fit some elvish mystics in there it'd give the deck a lot more speed. Those anthem effect fatties coming out a turn earlier makes a huge difference. Enjoy.
If you just want to play some magic with your friends, any deck would work.
If you actually want to win games though, you would have to put some money on shocklands, they make ALL the difference. Losing 2 life out of 20 is nothing in the grand scheme of things of having all your spells come out one turn earlier.
But in all honesty if you are making a deck based on monster beatdown you should go back to Gruul. Simic's evolve mechanic is too unreliable to base an entire deck around it.
