For a long time, I had been looking for a nice wood card box to store my decks in at home that I could set on a coffee table or shelf for easy-access dueling. I finally found an amazing woodworker who also plays MtG and commissioned a custom card box. It just arrived the other day and I couldn't be happier!
It's made from Sapele wood, which reflects light in a really neat way... kind of like tiger's eye stone. The inside is coated in black flocking (like the fuzzy material inside of jewelry boxes.) There are 3 larger slots for 100 double sleeved cards, and 2 slots for 75 double sleeved cards. The dividers are removable. I plan on storing 2 EDH decks, 2 legacy decks, and using the center slot for dice/accessories.
Here are some pics!

Dice (2 chessex dice blocks and assorted d10's & d20's)
Decks (still working on that 2nd legacy deck, so just tokens in the 4th slot )
I can't remember his name but a guy on eBay made me one. Aaron Cain is his real name. http://myworld.ebay.com/hlc7997?_trksid=p2047675.l2559
This is his eBay site. My box looks almost identical to this one. I love it.
He also makes custom boxes. He sells them now but mine was custom at the time

Yep, this is the same guy! As for the price, it was a bit more expensive due to the sapele wood and flocking. But for the quality of craftsmanship, it's worth every penny. If you're interested in pricing, you should probably contact him directly. His fb page is www.facebook.com/MtgCustomDeckBoxes
Just came across this guy myself, I definitely want a single deck box made out of Purpleheart (such a nice looking wood). But he said he's unveiling some new boxes/styles soon, so I may hold off to see what those are. Incredible work on them though.
I wonder if there are schematics of these boxes to try it yourself... None the less, one of the best looking boxes I have seen. Very nice. I especially like how perfectly two sets of dice fit into the 100 card slot.
Is the wood completely dry? and/or will the flock absorb any oils from the wood?
I would be concerned putting my cards in a wooden box, because it might miscolor the edges.
Sorry to necro this post. A recent post in /r/magictcg reminded me of this.
The wood was completely dry when I got the box, but I still gave it a couple of weeks before I put my cards inside. I haven't noticed the flocking being oily at all when I rub my hands inside the box. It just feels soft and velvety. But either way, all of the cards that I put in this box are double sleeved so I'm not worried about my cards becoming miscolored at all. I just wanted to air out the smell of wood finish.

Actually, I have access to a laser engraver and was considering making custom boxes with an engraving of the buyers choice. How much would you be willing to pay for something of this nature, say, for a box that can hold 1 deck with room to spare for sideboard etc?
