well anytime a card with a female picture got played I'd say "Lady on the table" Most people looked at me funny but some people followed suit. That is the best saying I have.

Praise not the day until evening has come, ice until its been crossed, beer until its drunk.
I only learned one thing in kindergarten: The bigger you were, the less you had to share!
How about "You may discard your hand, pay 5 life, rip this card, remove 3 digits from any number of target fingers you control, and concede at the end of the next end step rather than pay It Will Go Through!!'s mana cost.
The group I play with has gotten my friend who plays junk tokens to call any token generation as "making a dude". He's gotten it to spread at the lgs back home as well. And everyone always says "ow" whenever paying life (such as shocklands and what not).
And we've got one guy who loves declaring every trigger. Our group has decided that he'd be the easiest to frame if someone ever got shot just by recording what he says during a game of magic. "trigger, trigger, trigger, and he's dead"
"A wild Cromat appears" for when I cast my general. It just doesn't sound the same with other creatures.
"F*** your couch." as I point to three non-land permanants when I drop a terrastodon.
"It's not looking good for the home team." When I start to fall behind.

What's the big deal? You could have played multiple Righteous Avengers for years now.
For destroying artifacts, I've found it easier to say "I'll break the/your ~" So, for example, Disenchant and break someone's Sword of Sweet and Awesome. Or, I play Wanderer's Twig, and break the twig to search for land. It actually works for a lot of situations and it's way too fun to say =]
For a time the 12 year old in me loved saying, "copulate" instead of "populate" when playing RtR drafts. Trying to sneak that one in too and getting a , "excuse me" from your opponent.. that's the best bit.
..."CARDNAME, CARDNAME, and CARDNAME at seven bucks a thousand" when trading for a lot of crappy rares I need that are worth something.
"Are you watching where you're stepping?" whenever anyone casts a 1 CMC spell, left over from the days of Mental Misstep, even in formats were it's banned.
In my local gaming stores, we refer to activating Scion of the Ur-Dragon's ability as "Digivolving".
And I got into a habbit of saying "Hulk Smash" when attacking with Prineval Titan and/or Gaea's Revenge.
Pretty sure it's common (I know it is in my local area) but cards aren't 'making tokens', they're 'making babies'. Also wouldn't doubt this being common, but when we sacrifice something like Oblivion Stone or the last counter off a Gemstone Mine, we say 'pop the' and then the card name. Again, the last one's probably somewhat widespread, but when conceding, there's a few of us who say 'entering scoop phase' or similar.
So yeah, this is probably all common stuff but I may be surprised.
At my Lgs it's MAKADUDE, all one word sometimes yelled.
When I alpha with a token swarm, it's "Death of a Thousand Papercuts." And whenever I activate Scepter of Empires it's "Bonk!" And finally, any time I make a particularly nasty play, it's usually preceded by "I'm sorry..." Oh, and counters are "I do NOT think so."
Untap... Upkeep... Draw..."
"I'm going into my main phase"
"Combat phase"
"Second Main phase..."
"I'll end my turn"
Because so many people seem to just sit there and stare at the cards and expect you know when they are going to do something and that you'll have no responses to anything. : P
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
Mocking phasing whenever it comes up and someone doesn't know what it does (a timed round produces "Let's just skip the middleman and go to turns;" non-timed games like EDH involve "And now everybody groans/cries/tries to poke me in the eye" or similar).
Decks always get "dumped [out]" when milled for a lot in one go. Cards in my hand are "chucked" or "pitched;" opponents hit by Coercion effects have to "ditch" the chosen card.
Wild Mongrel and Vampire Hounds variously were "Chow Hound" because of their tendency to just eat everything in my hand. Making further references to that cartoon became standard operating procedure.
I say "JACKIE CHAN!" when playing Snapcasters because he has flash, has a staff, and he's...Asian... despite looking like Ken Jeong from The Hangover and Community.

I'm a big fan of this phrasing.
And we've got one guy who loves declaring every trigger. Our group has decided that he'd be the easiest to frame if someone ever got shot just by recording what he says during a game of magic. "trigger, trigger, trigger, and he's dead"
"Heart of the cards" before drawing on an important turn
"Had you not attacked me..." when I play a kill spell on a creature attacking me
"I'll play (insert creature here) and then tap the mana for it" which is always appreciated in my playgroup
"F*** your couch." as I point to three non-land permanants when I drop a terrastodon.
