I just recently bought the RTR Holiday Pack and i realized how many separators i actually need -_- (which is obviously more than what was provided)
So, i'm trying to think of something else i could use as separators, or even make. For those that think that Top Loaders might work, i already tried, and they're too big.
And if you are wondering, i'm using sleeved cards as separators at the moment. They're nice, but i would much rather have something like what they provided or something that i could more easily label and read without having to pick it up.
I make dividers from archival comic book backing cardboard. You can get 100 for about $10, and you'll get 8 per sheet. The board this thick enough, and good for tons of things if you are crafty (or if you collect comics I suppose).
I use old card sleeves and put cards from that section / color, tokens, or tip cards in the sleeves. You won't have to do any extra work for this and if you would get rid of the sleeves anyways, this is a good use for them

Honestly, I sometimes do something that some players consider sacreligious. I take bulk mana (not older ones, never full frame Zendy lands, and never full frame "un" lands) and loop an Avery Label over the top left hand corner, with about 1/4" lap for a thumb label. On that, I write what the divison I have in mind (Creature, Sorcery, Instant, Enchantment, Artifact, Equipment).

I use them in fat pack boxes and they don't interfere with the box closing, they also work great in the new holiday box, and of course they work in the big four and five row cardboard boxes.

Various websites sell dividers on their own...I've also seen an auction for about 50 of them on eBay before.
If you want to get really fancy, you can get a local plastics store (if you have one) to make custom dividers for you.
Separating cards by colors, then artifacts, golds, hybrids, and lands.
I also would like to separate by creatures, instants, sorceries, enchants, etc.
