17$ for each prerelease.
4 booster draft free if you participate at all 6 of them
5 are guild sealed and one is 2 head.
Probably the same shop as the other Guy before me.
There is another one at 15$ (if you had participate in another tournament earlier in the month.
My regular shop is 30$, Will play 2 tournament at this one too.
Stores are not allowed to run drafts at pre-releases anymore. Your store could lose their TO status doing that.

You're misunderstanding. What he said is that if you play in all of the events in that weekend, you get 4 FNM drafts. FNM is the key here.
What our friend baobao forgot to mention is that one of the reason our flights are 17$ is because the store is trying to run out of business the store across the street from it (it's a long story). Although I think normally the sealed are 20$, still a good deal.
When I was in Winnipeg, I think it was something like 40$. It was always super overpriced. Most stores I see other than the marquee store have the pre-release set between 25-30$.
I'm in Montreal, actually the shop is like 15 minutes from my house. It's called Jeux Face a Face and sells over the internet http://www.jeuxfaceaface.com/
And the 2HG is actually 15$ instead of 17$, so exactly 100$ for all 6 prereleases haha
I'll be playing at Face a Face too. I'm only playing the 3 Saturday events. Not bad for 50$.

lol every time I go to Montreal I hear a new addition to the epic store battle. You guys have it good cause in the end the players are really winning out here.
My LGS is pretty good at 25$ per flight. Back when I played in Toronto some years ago I was used to paying 35$ so I find its a pretty nice change for me (even though the tournament is significantly smaller here)
The store i'm going to is charging $30.00 (normally they charge $25.00) but they have a lot of additional prize support (FTV;Realms, more then 2 prize packs per player, misc. items like mats and deckboxes, etc...)
$25 is pretty much MSRP around here, there's enough game stores in the area (I live near a city) that if you're paying more than that you're getting ripped off.
I actually found a place that was reregistering for $20!
The unfortunate reality is that although $25 is *standard* price for prereleases LGS sets the price to whatever it wants. If the LGS owner knows there's no other store for miles and this set will be popular, it's completely within rights to set the price to $35. They could even set it higher, but I really don't anticipate anyone would actually pay that much for a sealed event.
ALSO: Prize support is often much better at higher priced events, as a general rule.
$25 for all but Saturday's, Saturday's is $30 but they said it was because they were giving more away for prize support or giving something extra for those going at that time, my friend wasn't 100% sure what he remembered hearing them say :/

Yeah, it's pretty good for us players. All the store in the area are trying to edge each other out so we pay very low costs for events, sealed product and even singles some times.
