I was going to put my question in the title but I thought it was too long.
How do you let your opponent(s) know that it's their turn or you've Ended your turn?
I personally say "go ahead" or "End of my turn".
-I've seen people extend their Arm/Hand. or Open their palm towards the opponent.
-I've seen my friend knock (twice) on the table lightly.
-They say "go ahead"
-They say "End my turn" (especially against control, because you know they are going to cast something at EoT)
I haven't seen anything weird lately on how to pass your turn though.
I tend to do a mix of the extend open palm to the opponent and just a simple "Go ahead" or "End my turn" depending on how the turn/game is going for me and what we've been doing (if my opponent or I have a lot of "end of turn" effects available for example).
I'll also occasionally toss in a "Vas-y" (French for Go basically).
I've taken up the extended palm along with verbal announcement (usually some variation of "Pass turn" or "Your go"). It's hard to mistake for anything else and, especially at a GP, the venue gets really loud and sometimes my opponent can't even hear me.
I used to be more verbal about it, but after playing some non-English speakers at a few events, I've moved more towards the hand gestures.

Odds of pulling a JtMS from a WWK pack: 1:80
Odds of pulling any specific rare in 5th Edition: 1:133
So, on average, 1 JtMS every 2.222 boxes or 1 Bird of Paradise every 3.694 boxes. Yeah, I'll take my odds with Mythics, they are easier to get than old rares.

I've seen some people rap the table with their knuckles to signify that they're finished, which has been problematic for me because I rap the table as habit. "Wait wait I'm not done yet!"

typically I in the beginning when its like, land go land go i will just say go, and then turn to "pass" or "pass turn"
when I was playing Jin Gitaxias deck or when I am playing Karador EDH i'll usually do "end step, clean up" due to older cards or discard/draw triggers.
Depends on how the game is going, but I do a palm thing and say either go ahead or pass turn. And if it is at my LGS and I know the people it's more like, your time to shine or something of the like. Sometimes more expletives to joke around...
Well usually when I'm done with my turn, I'll shuffle my hand a bit, flip the table upside down and toss my chair at my opponent. Then when he's on the ground I'll take his seat and calmly say pass.

I've done pretty much every one of these in the past, but now a days I usually say pass turn and do some sort of hand motion.
I usually announce all actions played, including lands, so early on it tends to be something like a rapid fire "forest, end." But later on when turns are slower I'll go "I'll end my turn"
I've been saying "pass" and pointing my hand at my opponent, but I'm trying to switch to saying "move to end step," because it's a more accurate way to declare what I'm actually doing.

If it's casual or an FNM or something I'll often say "go" or gesture, or say "That's all I got" or something like that.
Basically I try to be friendly and sociable when I play, but if it's higher level play you really just want to be very clear on phases and priorities.
