Hey guys. I have a final project I have to do this week where I have to write a paper about a company and part of it is to make a survey and gather some information from it. I picked Wizards of the Coast, just because I think it'd be easy.
If any of you guys can help me out and fill out this survey, I would greatly appreciate it! It's only a short six questions, so it shouldn't take that long to do.
Pretty much for the looks of the survey. A couple weeks ago we have to submit a rough draft of the survey we were going to use for our paper, so I just went off of what examples there were in the book to make it look good for my teacher. I really don't care about them to be honest, but I guess I could write in my paper something like there being a correlation between peoples email types and if how much buy buy cards haha.
And good catch on question 4.
Edit: Also, I might as well just get rid of the add suggestion on a price because I don't know how to do that on this survey maker website
And zip codes are something I actually want. If you guys are curious it's for my Market Reseach class, and one of the points I'll talk about is if Wizards should advwertise more in some areas based on the amount of products being bought in certain zip codes.
Nah, go for it. Just write Canada and/or whatever use guys use for zip codes instead.

I just put @ for my e-mail then. I gave you my zip because that will help you can you can't really do much with it anyway.
I would but I don't like putting my zip code and email address into a random person's survey.
I could lie, but then that's skewing his results, so I'm not going to do that either.
Giving a fake zip code may skew his results but a fake email? How could a fake email id skew his results? Unless he's going for something extremely strange like finding the correlation between a person's choice of email id and hi MtG spending habits (which is quite nearly impossible to quantify at all)...
I always just give out a fake email id for surveys.
You should change the format of the price question. As it is now, you can't select satisfied for everything, or at least I couldn't so I put satisfied for the first one, and everything else was blank, but I was satisfied with them too.
Done. One thing you can do with the email question is to not have it set as "answer required". Then if people aren't comfortable providing it, they don't have to type some garbage in there for the survey to count.
I imagine you're using the email address to avoid duplicates (I work in MR, so I've got some experience there, and there are other ways to do it, but they can get convoluted), but a lot of people are hesitant to give out email addresses to unknown entities.

I am doing it but it won't let me pick neither satisfied/dissastisfied for all of them! Actually, it wouldn't let me pick the same choice ofr any of them. I had to pick a new choice for each.
Again, email is pretty much a formality for me. I never planned on doing anything with it, but my text book for this class had an email section listed in all of the examples, so I just went off of that to be safe because my teacher is really annoying in that way.
And weird, I didn't notice that you can't choose the same response. I would have had it that way to begin with, but I'm really at the mercy of Survey Monkey; if they don't have that way as an option, well I'm out of luck.
I'd also like a blank section by each of the products for people to write what they think would be a fair price for a booster pack or whatever, because I'm interested in that honestly, but I don't think there's a way I can do that.
Zipcodes make people uncomfortable, as can emails.
I would suggest make email optional, as you have no real use for it and didn't include the required disclaimer to legally be able to email them anything anyway.
I would also suggest, and this is coming from another former marketing student that to replace zipcode you can ask the survey participants
1) Estimated annual income or dependent status (and then provide ranges)
2) State
many people will feel much more comfortable answering this question, and it is JUST as useful because you can then form a better picture of spending by state and income and THEN target the areas that fit where you think advertising is appropriate based on demographics.
I suppose since I'm not getting anymore submissions I'll post some of the results I have.
Most people are between 21-30.
Most people are satisfied with the price of booster packs, neither satisfied or dissatisfied with intro, event and premium decks, and dissatisfied with the price of fat packs.
Most people buy cards at card/comic shops, but is very close with online.
Most people buy cards 1-2 times a month. And yeah, I suppose I should have put something like 1-2 times a year, but oh well.
If any of you guys can help me out and fill out this survey, I would greatly appreciate it! It's only a short six questions, so it shouldn't take that long to do.

and everyone should help him out, seriously... the questionaire took 26 seconds
By the way, there should be "if" instead of "is" on question four.

Was uncomfortable filling in the email field when the survey itself doesn't state what it'll be used for though.
