I apologize if this has been asked before, I couldn't find anything on the forum.
Does anyone know what the word "mox" (as in Mox Sapphire, Mox Ruby, etc) mean? I'm just curious about it.

Alternatively it's just them changing "mock" into something vaguely more fantasy-ish (like implying they aren't real gemstones, but mock gemstones infused with mana or something).
