Just as a FYI - Rhystic Tutor is the best black tutor spell.
I can't tell if you're trolling or not, but anyway, to the OP: Rhystic Tutor is likely the worst tutor spell ever. Basically just like anything else with "Rhystic" in its name.
It's widely known that [EDH] is very broken. Building a superdeck is quite easy. So what defines you as a player is [...] how you show restraint and creativity while still remaining a competitive player and a good sport.
the only problem with urza is that he is an oldwalker, so its abilities would be like:
+3: remove up to ten target permanents from the play
-2: win the game
-8: kick your opponents in the face, then win the game
starting loyalty: 100
what about diabolic tutor?
you can't forget about him, even though he's completely worthless and any more than 1 in a deck is actually decreasing the value of the deck unless it's combo, in which case it sucks still as long as its standard legal.
Posting everything I can think of; intentionally not reading other posts to challenge myself. There surely will be redundancy.
Vampiric Tutor
Demonic Tutor
Diabolic Tutor
Diabolic Intent
Grim Tutor
Imperial Seal
Beseech the Queen
Demonic Consultation
Spoils of the Vault
Ad Nauseam, kind of
Rhystic Tutor
Death Wish
I should just make a handy list of these for when I go to build a combo deck, that'd be a much faster method of recall than my conscious awareness alone.
Edit: w00t Intent isn't redundant (best used in a Flash/Hulk build or ANT involving several 0-drops)
Insidious is such a hoot in multiplayer games as you can get your combo on top of your library just before your turn or before draw. Just stack ancestral, timewalk and few other spells on top and you are rolling :).

But since the other mentioned tutors don't have such a condition, they're better.
But in defense of Rhysticism, Rhystic Study is such a bomb in multiplayer.

There's also some artifact which you can tutor every turn i think, but can't think of the name.

Rhystic Study is quite good, just FYI.
Planar Portal. expensive to cast and to use, but worth it if you can keep it on the table.
