Now that Zendikar has given us 5 new Baloths, and presumably there are more to come in Worldwake and RoE, do you think the Oracle texts should be changed to make these all officially a Baloth subtype? Seems a shame to have them all be just Beasts.
Edit: This isn't meant to be a poll, but a discussion of the idea and whether or not WotC should/would do it.
no keep them like that. Most of green critters are beast unless there natural critters. Adding baloths as a subtype would have to make changes to other cards. Just keep it the way it is

I am the stone that the builder refused I am the visual, the inspiration, that made lady sing the blues I'm the spark that makes your idea bright The same spark that lights the dark so that you can know your left from your right I am the ballot in your box; the bullet in the gun That inner glow that lets you know to call your brother "son" The story that just begun, the promise of what's to come And I'mma remain a soldier til' the war is won
Beast is already a relevant subtype. They would be losing interactions with all cards that cared about beasts. It would be like saying boggarts, akki, or moggs aren't goblins anymore. You make them less interactive with existing cards without really adding anything.
It's good that they try to reuse a certain set of creature types as much as they can, even in sets that aren't specifically tribal in theme. Maybe nothing in the current block cares about whether or not something is a beast, but casual kitchen table-types might find one of those cards and think it would be really cool in his beast deck. It adds flexibility and interactivity. What does creating a new Baloth creature type really add to the game? Just one more word in the comprehensive rules.
