According to the DCI website, the mailing date for the latest MPR mailing was June 16th. It says I was qualified to recieve a promos mailing (which I should be).
However, I haven't received it yet almost 3 weeks later. And a friend of mine who recieved MPR promos and lives in the same zip code as me received theirs early last week (and a higher DCI number, if it matters).
Should I be concerned that I haven't recieved my promos yet or is this kind of lag not unusual? How long until I should be worried & do I just contact Wizards customer service or someone else?

Nothing for me either yet. I'd give it at least til the end of July. In my experience, it takes over a month and change for them all to reach where they're going. It's a lot of players.
A lot of people in my area haven't gotten them yet (me included). But yeah, they always take a little long. A lag is not unusual. Some people usually get it a month late. I just want my Cryptic before it rotates out.:p
We were talking about this in the Rumor Mill topic. My friend, who lives a block away, got his last Tuesday and I just now got mine today.
I'd say they're on the way... you might have to wait two more weeks even.

When I had a problem, I just asked for some from Wizards (including the textless foil). They simply sent me out my mailing for me. So just contact them if you don't see it coming.

I got my mailing today. And there was something a little odd. I know that you get "1 random NEW textless spell and 1 random OLDER card", but I assumed that the random older card would be either a leftover token or one of the common/uncommon textless spells. However, tucked in behind my Terminate, in the same sealed packet, was a shiny Damnation. This was in addition to the shiny Cryptic Command that was in its own sleeve. Did I just get lucky, or when they send you the new foil do you also get an older foil?

This happened to my friend who got is mailing a week before mine: Terminate & Damnation.
Would love to know if this is purely random really good luck or what.
I've gotten 2 Cryptic Commands during the current MPR year but no Damnations (or Wraths). I did get a Damnation last year when it was the main promo for the year so maybe that has something to do with it?

what is this mpr mailing? and how do i qualify?
thanks
If you signed up for a DCI card to play in a DCI sanctioned event and the organizer did not tell you about Magic Player Rewards (MPR) they did you a serious disservice.
I got mine july 8th. Whatever happened this time caused major issues. Usually when they say they ship it, I get it within the week, this was like 3 weeks of wait? Atleast I got my Cryptic, Although i was hoping for that speculative Maelstrom Pulse.
