Someone gave me a handful of foreign cards today, but I can't figure out what set they're from. They've got no expansion symbol, but they're black bordered and the date in the copyright is 1996. They seem to be in two different languages, one has copyright text slightly smaller than the other.
I can't scan them this weekend, but I might be able to shoot them with a digital camera if it would help with identification.
Thanks everyone. --Cateranllama

Emanuel, does this sometimes change their copyright date? What kind of confuses me is one core set was 1995 and the next was 1997 (I think) but these are 1996.

if you are ever being chased by a police dog, try not to run through a tunnel, then over a little see-saw, then jump through a ring of fire. theyre trained for that
From what I can find with google "foreign beta" is copyright '94.
Beta-male, I can't get the scan this weekend... I guess I was just hoping someone would know this little bit of Magic-trivia right off the top of his/her head. I'll attach the best picture I can shoot right now...
Thanks for all the suggestions you guys...
