There have been a ton of fixes since the last beta, mostly involving card images and prices. The app now can link you to a card's official Gatherer page too. The search result page has been reworked to show a card's mana cost and rarity, and I think it looks much better. Life and poison totals now persist if you leave the life counter. If you want the full list, you can look at the SVN changelog on the Google code page.

you only plan on doing the app for Android ?
I really like MtG Familiar. I have two suggestions though.
1) Can you make it so you can select card condition in Trade Cards and Wishlist?
2) Can you add a Planechase deck?
