I'm kind of new to the scene, but this is what I'm looking for. A kind of software that allows you to enter in a list of cards, and it generates a suitable deck. Something akin to DotP 15's "Auto Build" feature. Thanks!

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by generate a deck unless you mean tell you what lands you should be running given what cards you want in the deck. I think you'd need some kind of criteria, based on what kind of deck you wanted to make, burn deck, poison deck, permission (counter) deck, etc.
