It appears as though M15 isn't listed on magiccards.info, and therefore we cannot download price data for it. Do know if it is just taking them awhile to get those posted?
Amazing program! Up up up!
Thanks a ton! No issues so far but I will let you know if any bugs arise.
Sent a message about possibly expanding the program.
Peace!

For those interested in, it is possible to add others supported languages. Translate directly EN.lang into a target foreign language and add the new .lang file into the "/data/language" folder!
Please let me know if you translate the software in another foreign language, so that I can add your translation to the further versions!
Hi, I've been a lurker on MTGS (mostly on the Rumor Mill) for a long time but you give me the chance to get out of my lurking for once. I used your program, everything went fine and I have no bug to report for now. Since I can't make a donation (the economic situation here in Europe is still what it is... but I digress), as a contribution I thought to translate the language file into Italian, my native language. You can find it at:
(Remove space from "ht tp". I have to post the url this way since I can't post links yet.)
I tested it with the program and everything looked fine to me.
Hope this is appreciated.

I will download the file, check if the format is fine (UTF8) and add your transation in Italian in the next release.
Of course, your work will be mentionned in the "Special Thanks" section of the program. I have to render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's

The format should be fine, I checked it was UTF-8 before saving it in Notepad. But obviously you better check too, two sets of eyes always see better than just one! Let me know if you find any problem with the file.

For the last few months, I have not been able to get data for new promo cards such as FNM promos or Prerelease Events. I'm not sure where Gatherer Extractor gets the information for the promo cards because it doesn't look like Wizards has promo cards in Gatherer. Is it possible that the source being used changed something related to the promo cards?

@ nickman55: Promo cards' data are extracted from magiccards.info. They have not been updated yet on the website. I don't know what's going on with magiccards.info but I also notice updates are much slower than it used to be.
I would like the ability to automatically have my scans folders formatted: Set Code - Set Name
My scans: Collector Code - Card Name
And just download scans for selected sets with as little other data as possible.
It appears as though Conspiracy isn't on the list of sets that can be downloaded. I checked and although Conspiracy is on both magiccards.info and the Gatherer, for some reason it does not actually show up in the list of sets on the Gatherer. Could it be that this is causing problems?

I am sorry, but I don't see any particular problem concerning Conspiracy. It is in the list of sets that can be extracted, and extraction runs without trouble, as shown in the following snapshot :
Just found this yesterday and let it run overnight. Really great program! I do have issue though.
The options screen overlaps and cuts off around the edges.
Not certain of what I'm losing because of this but if it can be fixed that'd be awesome.
I'm running windows 7 at 1080p resolution if it helps.
I have attached a couple screenshots to show you what I mean. Looks like the window needs to be about 100 pixels wider/longer
@ CohenTB1: I guess the malfunction in the display comes principally from the theme you're using. Your theme entails a resizing of all the controls and the font size is not the standard size. In order to handle themes correctly, the program would require a full parametrized display, which means hours and hours of additional work. I am pretty sure that you experience those bugs in the display for the rest of the program, as well as for other programs.
This is the first program in the 2+ year's I've used it that has behaved quite like this. (Mostly non-standard windowing buttons on the top can cause issues, one program had a sticky button next to maximize that I ran a while back) Since I read your post I've tried a few different more basic themes and no changes. I'm looking into some stuff still. If I figure it out I'll let you know. Would it be possible to have the options window be re-sizeable (drag and extend) by any chance? Thanks for looking into it either way. If I figure out what's doing it exactly, I'll post it in here to let you know.
Hello everyone, first i wanna give a special cheer to you guys for putting this software together looks great. Maybe im missing some steps here but i cant import the data to MySql database and i have spend quite some time trying to solve this out. So here i have take a sample of the data recovered by the software. In fact mi not a pro in MySql so i am gonna list what i have done and maybe i could get some advise from you to get it working =)
-create db in phpMyAdmin (i use wamp)
-here i guess i need to create a table that as the number of columns that fits the Gatherer Extractor data...
-because if not my table get populate whit £||#_||_#||———name||set||set_code||id||type||pow...
Could you pls tell me a little steps by steps =P
I will donate if this issue get solve and my database get created for SURE !!
It seems you're trying to use csv files from GEx. Try to export to sql directly (see the screenshot below). You will get the correct sql declaration for your tables (one for the sets, one for the cards) and a correct populating of the tables.
Go to the options panel > export > sql to select the data you want to have in your tables.
@ kornfake : I need to investgate more in details what makes MWS crashes when the C14 spoiler text is imported. I will keep you informed.
@ Mitraglia : Thank you for having reported this bug. The amount of work to improve the display for DPIs higher than 100% is quite impressive. I don't know exactly when (and if) I will do this :-(
@ aldeayeah : Thank you for your report. This should have been fixed in the new release (v3.11b)
1. Thanks for having reported this little bug. This has been fixed in release 3.12
2. This is default naming for each column. If you want other column names, just edit the xml marks in Options > Export > SQL
3. #_ (resp. _#) is the symbol open (res. close) italic display in ability box. £ is the symbol for newline. Those parameters can be customized in Options > General.

v 3.11 released !
- You can now export the booster packaging while exporting set data in xml & sql.
- Option window is "resizeable".
Thanks again !
Secondly - from what I can tell from the Data Extraction... You are only grabbing the normal non foil price... correct?
PS:
A little research found me DeckBrew.com and it's free API. Does that help anyone?
