Okay, I don't know if this would be considered a custom set or not, but I want to construct a cube with proxies of unique cards and rarities and would like some help with up to date and accurate rewording of these cards. If this thread is in the incorrect place, can a moderator please put it in its place? Thanks in advance!
And here are my own takes on the cards. Maybe I'm correct or just a bit off. Any help would be appreciated!

The mechanics seem correct. Though I only ever used the Astral set myself and rely on the same sources as you otherwise.
How do you suppose to resolve Aswan Jaguar?
I remade those cards multiple times with more modern mechanics that can be used offline or with randomness more streamlined according to modern design principles (also applying moder color pie, that's why e. g. Aswan Jaguar is shifted into black). Of course that's far from the original designs in function, but maybe you are interested.

Yeah, I can easily do the random numbers with varying sided dice. That's not a problem. It was more so the wording. With Aswan Jaguar, it wouldn't be the only card in MtG that allows you to see an opponent's library. You'd basically see an opponent's library and choose a card of each creature type, take them out, choose one at random (maybe a die or random number generator online or smartphone), then assign that creature type to Aswan Jaguar's ability, then shuffle the cards back into opponent's library. The card doesn't really allow for doing so, so maybe a judge or someone outside of the game (neutral party) to make the random choice for both players, thus avoiding the need to see through the library and needing to shuffle afterwards.
I "remade" the cards with dice mechanics in order to achieve the randomness. Those can be found at this link. At least there you can see how I got Whimsy and Faerie Dragon to work. The links for the images are broken, but in those cards I made the dice give the exact range of values chosen at random. I'll try and upload them later or at another day.
How did you go about it? Because with the release of Unstable and dice-matters mechanics, I can't force the mechanics to use dice because of the interactions with those cards in Unstable. Which is why I want to try and make them as faithful as possible. Here's what I was doing with the die (before the release of Unstable):
Faerie Dragon
Flying 1GG: Roll a 20-sided die. Faerie Dragon has one of the following effects.
1 - A creature chosen at random gains trample and gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is its power. At the beginning of the next end step, destroy that creature if it attacked this turn.
2 - You may tap or untap an artifact, creature, or land chosen at random.
3 - If a creature chosen at random has toughness 5 or greater, it gets +4/-4 until end of turn. Otherwise, it gets +4/-X until end of turn, where X is its toughness minus 1.
4 - A spell or permanent chosen at random becomes green. (Mana symbols on that permanent remain unchanged.)
5 - A spell or permanent chosen at random becomes white. (Mana symbols on that permanent remain unchanged.)
6 - A spell or permanent chosen at random becomes red. (Mana symbols on that permanent remain unchanged.)
7 - Faerie Dragon deals 3 damage to a creature or player chosen at random.
8 - A creature chosen at random gains flying until end of turn.
9 - A creature chosen at random gets +3/+3 until end of turn.
10 - A creature chosen at random gains banding until end of turn. (Any creatures with banding, and up to one without, can attack in a band. Bands are blocked as a group. If any creatures with banding a player controls are blocking or being blocked by a creature, that player divides that creature's combat damage, not its controller, among any of the creatures it's being blocked by or is blocking.)
11 - A spell or permanent chosen at random becomes black. (Mana symbols on that permanent remain unchanged.)
12 - A spell or permanent chosen at random becomes blue. (Mana symbols on that permanent remain unchanged.)
13 - A creature chosen at random can't be regenerated this turn.
14 - If a creature chosen at random has power 2 or less, it is unblockable this turn.
15 - A creature chosen at random gets -2/-0 until end of turn.
16 - Return a creature chosen at random to its owner's hand.
17 - Faerie Dragon deals 1 damage to a creature or player chosen at random.
18 - A creature other than Faerie Dragon chosen at random becomes 0/2 until end of turn.
19 - Exile a creature chosen at random. Its controller gains life equal to its power.
20 - Randomly distribute X -0/-1 counters among a random number of creatures chosen at random, where X is the number of creatures in play.
Gem Bazaar
{T}: Roll a six-sided die for Gem Bazaar. On a 1, roll again. Otherwise, Gem Bazaar has one of the following effects.
2 - Add {W} to your mana pool.
3 - Add {U} to your mana pool.
4 - Add {B} to your mana pool.
5 - Add {R} to your mana pool.
6 - Add {G} to your mana pool.
Necropolis of Azar
Whenever a nonblack creature is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put a husk counter on Necropolis of Azar.
{5}, Remove a husk counter from Necropolis of Azar: Roll two 4-sided dice. If any die rolls 4 , roll it again. Put a */* black Spawn creature token named Spawn of Azar with swampwalk onto the battlefield, where its power is the same as the first die roll and its toughness is the same as the second die roll.
Rainbow Knights
As Rainbow Knights comes into play, it gains protection from a color chosen at random.
{1}: Rainbow Knights gains first strike until end of turn.
{W}{W}: Roll a 4-sided die. On a 1, roll again. Otherwise, Rainbow Knights has one of the following effects.
2 - Rainbow Knights gets +0/+0 until end of turn.
3 - Rainbow Knights gets +1/+0 until end of turn.
4 - Rainbow Knights gets +2/+0 until end of turn.
Whimsy
Place X random fast effects on the stack. Roll a 20-sided die for each effect. On a 1 or 2, roll again. Otherwise, the fast effect is as follows.
3 - Return a permanent that isn't enchanted chosen at random to its owner's hand.
4 - Untap an artifact, creature or land chosen at random.
5 - Tap an artifact, creature or land chosen at random.
6 - Whimsy deals 4 damage to a creature or player chosen at random.
7 - A player chosen at random draws three cards.
8 - Destroy an artifact chosen at random. It can't be regenerated. That artifact's controller gains life equal to its converted mana cost.
9 - Destroy an artifact or enchantment chosen at random.
10 - A player chosen at random gains 3 life.
11 - Prevent the next 3 damage that would be dealt to a creature or player chosen at random this turn.
12 - Destroy a creature or land chosen at random. It can't be regenerated.
13 - A player chosen at random puts the top two cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.
14 - Put a 1/1 colorless Insect artifact creature token with flying named Wasp onto the battlefield.
15 - Destroy all artifacts, creatures and enchantments.
16 - Flip a coin. If you lose the flip, Whimsy deals 5 damage to you. If you win the flip, put a 5/5 colorless Djinn artifact creature token with flying onto the battlefield.
17 - Choose a creature card at random from each player's library. For each player, flip a coin. If the flip ends up heads, put a token that's a copy of that creature card onto the battlefield under that player's control.
18 - A player chosen at random discards a card.
19 - Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt this turn.
20 - Draw a card and reveal it. If it isn't a land card, discard it.
Arden Angel
Flying
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Arden Angel is in your graveyard, roll a 4-sided die. If the result is a 1, return Arden Angel to play.
Breath of Ashuza
For each creature, roll a 4-sided die. On a 4, roll again. Otherwise, Breath of Ashuza deals X minus 1 damage to that creature, where X is the number rolled.
Hapato's Might
Roll an 8-sided die. On an 8, roll again. Otherwise, target creature gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is the number rolled minus 1.
Lydari Elephant
As Lydari Elephant comes into play, roll two 6-sided dice. If any die rolls 6, roll it again. Lydari Elephant comes into play with power equal to the first number rolled plus 2 and its toughness equal to the second second number rolled plus 2.
Murgish Cemetery
{3}{B}, Discard a card: Roll a 6-sided die. On a 1, roll again. Put a */* black Zombie creature token into play, where * is the number rolled.
Saji's Torrent
Roll a 6-sided die. Tap X minus 1 target creatures, where X is the number rolled.
Tornellan Protector
{T}: Roll a 4-sided die. On a 4, roll again. Until end of turn, damage dealt to target player or creature is reduced by X, where X is the number rolled.
Velican Dragon
Flying
When Velican Dragon attacks or blocks, roll a 6-sided die. It gets +X/+0 until the end of turn, where X is the number rolled minus 1.
All of those dice correctly represent the random outcomes generated by the video games.

Just a thought, another way to word Arden Angel would be "Flips two coins. If both are heads, <X>." It's the same 1-in-4 probability and uses the same components as other cards.
