This set will be all about the energy mechanic. Energy will be used for pretty much everything. The basic story is that the people of this plane (Wich I do not have a name for yet) just discovered how to create energy. Some people militarized it, others used it to gain knowledge of otherworldly things. So each faction of the government fractured apart because of how they believed energy should be used and started a civil war from the people choosing sides. The side conflict is the terrorists who came out of the shadows to destroy the already weakened government.
This planes government is made up of five factions the Church (W)
, the Military (R) , the Bank
(B) , the Science Division or SD (U) , the Law Enforcement or LE (G). Terrorists are spread through every color of mana.
The Church believes this newfound energy should be used to bring these "Celestial" beings into their world to make their world safer. The Bank believes energy should be used to create money so their will be no more homeless or poor people. This true intentions are to end up taxing every citizen of the plane and becoming infinetley wealthy. The Military wants to use energy to build bigger and more advanced weaponry to go to war with the terrorist groups. The Science Division wants to gain knowledge the people of their plane never knew. The Law Enforcement wants strengthen the police department so they can help fight the ever growing terrorist threats. The races of this plane are Human, Aven (bird), Skaven (rat) , Viashino (lizard) and Vedalken. The created/summoned races are Golems, constructs, horrors and Eldrazi.
Conversion will be uncommon and up and used in every color.
Conversion: you may pay energy instead of paying the generic mana for this spell. You do not need to use energy for all of this spells generic mana.
