Hemlock - This seems too good. I am a huge fan of asymmetrical effects, but Plague Wind is 9 mana for a reason.
Legend - I like the callback here, but the mechanic has the unfortunate side effect of being awful when you're behind. I would like a Mythic planeswalker in today's environment to not be quite so win-more.
Artorias - Cool little common. I would love to see the confusion post-combat if there were lots of casualties..
Fajen Thygia - This seems so counter-intuitive to my brain. Granted, there are a few exile shenanigans, but not enough to counterbalance the loss of resources this represents for a symmetrical board wipe.
RaikouRider - Feels op. Cards can get away with this when they hit everyone, but just selective mass removal?
Jimmy Groove - I have always loved this effect, but I'm not sure this merits Mythic status. If Elfhame Sanctuary was uncommon, this shouldn't be much off.
Algernone25 - I think this is strong, if unexciting. Now where did I leave that infinite wizards combo...? lol
TheDrB: The sacrifice being on resolution is smart. Quite the aggro finisher and a good way to use excess lands. On par with other Overrun effects. Boost in toughness is a bend if not an outright break though - typically toughness boosting in black is only done on Shades, and red doesn't get it at all.
Hemlock: A potentially one sided sweeper that probably blows up your lands and/or triggers your "dies" creatures. This effect really feels Orzhov-colored to me. I could see red (this kind of effect was in red a while ago) but I don't think the color here is right. Otherwise this is balanced.
Legend: I'm not sure why this isn't mono-black. I also do not like that this is a planeswalker your opponent does not necessarily want to attack (if you use the -4 then he's useless and actively hurts you by not allowing you to draw.) There should at least be some kind of incentive to attack him. Maybe a +1 to drain a point of life from your opponent?
Artorias: Missing power and toughness - can't give you a top 3. I know you said it's supposed to be a 0/0 and your render has it, but it's not in your submission text. As for the card itself, I don't think it's necessary for the unlimited copy clause to make the entire card cost one more mana. This should probably be a base 0/1 or just make it have modular 2.
Fajen Thygia: Reminds me of Mutilate. I could see this being used in control decks with a combo finish, especially if there are a large number of legendary lands in the format.
Jimmy Groove: I love this concept. Reminds me of Elfhame Sanctuary but is actually playable. Unfortunately I have to take a lot of points off for templating and polish. First off, the ETB ability needs to shuffle afterward. The second ability should read "Whenever you would draw a card, instead choose a card at random exiled with Spring of a New Ace and put that card onto the battlefield tapped." Fix those two things and I probably give you first place.
Algernone25: Wizard tribal Rolling Thunder. A little surprised we didn't get something like this in Dominaria. I like the use of the Affinity mechanic here - design really should give affinity a chance as long as it's not affinity for artifacts.

A mere ten days after the Mending, a young knight of Valeron and a young ranger of Eos made a discovery that would change Alara forever.
The DrB: Veey segiceable overrun effect. I do feel that pumping inly power is the way tongo within this colors andnthe added menace. As with my card, this is potentially very powerful but can wreck your life with a wrll timed dlick of your opponent's wrist. I like that.
RaikouRaider: I like the design.but powerwise it's not very effective. I think this is one of the effects tbat gets oomph by being part of a split, or aftermath card or something like that.
Fajen Thygia: This is an interesting one. It makes use of extra legendaries, which adds something interesting to deckbuilding. The unñimited thining potential is very interesting, too, but at four mama it makes it too slow to be broken in my opinion. I don't think it needs the blue, probably Orzhov would be more fitting ifyou take into account that white has a tradition on caring about legendaries.
JimmyGroove: Tbis looks really powerful but it gets balanced with the draw replacement, the beforehand, so not much help yo assemble Tron, which in my opinion, should be the point of fugue to judge this kind of effect.
Artorias: A 1/1 might not seem much but unlimited modular bodies can result in a neat flow of counters. Anything that rings affinity is potentially dangerous butbI don't think this would have too much impact. In commander is where I can see this working tbe most.
Legend: Neat flavor but this is lacking some kind of graveyard clause. I like that it asks younto play your necropotence move very smartly, because it lacks ways to build counters and might en up hindering. The -4 has a fine impact foe the cost.
Algernone: This is simple and witjin the pyromancer tradition. Even if not groundbreaking, the ability to distribute tbe damage freely plus cost reduction makes it a veey powerful choice for a fireball.
