As much as I love the idea of using Miracle on another card types I think the ability doesn't work (maybe your Gods gain Miracle 0).
picnic_bomber
I like the idea of Miracle minions but I think the effect feels more blue than white. Also maybe Rare? Love the Kami = Gods = Miracles connection.
Hemlock
Love the additional effect if is casted via Miracle. Solid white spell.
Ryder052
I love your card. My only problem is that combo is a thing and you can make nasty stuff if you're lucky in turn 2.
StarJake
I think is too complex for my taste (Planeswalkers have enough wording in my opinion). Also a monocolor card around Miracles when they are from all five colors seems hard make a deck around.
Gateways7
I like the idea of a Miracle-like enabler. My problem with your card is that I like the huge discount of Miracle cards so maybe up the cost of the card (like 3RW?) and the creature stats to fit the cost.
picnic_bomber - Miracle, particularly on creatures, feels oddly at home on Kamigawa. Still, there are inherent problems with miracle creatures - the use-it-or-lose-it aspect, for instance, feels quite muted on a permanent - and I'm not sure miracle 0 isn't abuseable, even on a measly 1/1.
Hemlock - Neat stuff, great version of the long Silence/Abeyance/Orim's Chant tradition. This is definitely a timing-based card and hence appropriate as a miracle.
Ryder052 - Black miracles feel "off" still to me, Entreat the Dead notwithstanding, but I love the flavor and the effect here - I just am not sure this would ever be balanced for BB, seeing as you could readily assemble your whole combo on turn 3 this way.
StarJake - There's a lot of creativity going on here, like putting miracle on a planeswalker and the upgrade to the loyalty abilities, but the -1 here is out of color and the whole card is pretty wordy and busy.
Gateways7 - A miracle discount of 1 is pretty unimpressive, but whoa! Creature miracles are still problematic imo but great flavor, great use of a Gods-based setting for a return to miracle, and this looks like a hell of a chase rare. (You could have written the miracle ability out using miracle itself but it'd probably be wordier and more difficult to grok so good on you for using the full expanded wording.)
Artorias - Off-color miracles are neat - I think any off-color costs are neat - and this has some nice flavor and fits in both colors easily.
1. Hemlock
2. Artorias
3. Gateways7
Difficult top 3 choice as everyone made cool, creative cards that employed the miracle mechanic well. I had to give the top 3 slots to the cards that lacked problems or had best polish and execution rather than the ones that were great because all of the ideas behind the cards were great.
Hemlock
Yep, that's an updated Orim's Chant. The cost is probably right, templating is spot on, and while I'm not too sure about referencing the alternate cost specifically, it makes sense for what it's hearkening back to. Very well done.
Ryder052
Hooo boy. Mythic is absolutely right, it can't possibly be any other rarity, and even with the steep mana cost I can't help but think "Man someone is going to play this in commander and nuke the table." That you can only get black cards helps a little, but this is just begging to be abused. The miracle just goes over the top IMO.
StarJake
A miracle planeswalker. Well, it's ambitious, I'll grant you that much. Unfortunately it's getting out of control very quickly. If you miracle him in, that allows you to use a loyalty ability each turn, not just your own. That ult is firing very quickly, and even if it isn't you can loop other miracle cards from your graveyard. It's just way too much, but you get props for trying.
Gateways7
This is a very interesting concept. It gives you a miracle every turn if you want it and gives a discount to compensate. I'm not sure this should be on a 3/2 for 3, it's really pushed at that level but the low toughness makes it killable. Otherwise it's really solid, one minor nitpick is that it should be "Iroas's Flameseer" with the extra s. I think omitting it like you did looks better, but wizards has said otherwise, as seen on Bolas's Citadel.
Artorias
I have to say, I like this idea. Obviously it could be put into a BW deck where you don't have to reach for one cost or the other, but I like the idea of changing it up, and the flavor works great. The rules text looks backwards, but Titanic ultimatum says it's correct when giving multiple abilities. Nice work.
void_nothing
This is a very bomby effect, I feel it should be mythic for as game-changing as it is. Turning your opponent's field into 1/1 saprolings, or turning your field into an army of huge creatures based on your opponent having one, AND you only target the player and not the creature, so they can't kill it to make the spell fizzle. Templating look right, but I'd feel a lot better if this was a 7 mana rare or 6 mana mythic.

Top 16 - 2012 Indiana State Championships Currently Playing: GBStandard - Golgari Safari MidrangeBG RBWModern - Mardu PyromancerWBR RLegacy - Good Old Fashioned BurnR
Fajen Thygia: Why is the miracle cost part-white? Why does it only have one toughness? This design is confusing and the deck that would want to jump through the hoops necessary to play it is hard to imagine.
TheDrB: A very nice Diabolic Tutor variant that plays well in a Miracle deck. Feels uncommon and fun while not being super broken. Only critique is that I might up the Miracle cost to 1B to lower the power just a touch and to evoke Demonic Tutor.
RaikouRider: I don't understand what Miracle is trying to achieve on this card other than being a cheaper cost for the card. Also, no listed rarity makes the power level hard to gauge. This feels rare, which is what I think you were going for, but I can't be sure.
Legend: If there's a way to do a common miracle, this is it. A clean, no-nonsense design that speaks for itself. I would have liked to see a cost for the miracle portion beyond 0, though. Maybe paying 1-2 life or discarding a card?
void_nothing: How to cost an effect like this is tough, but I think you struck a good balance here. Nothing too tricky about this design, but still solid. I like it.
Algernone25: Reasonable design, but unless you hit the Miracle on it, it's just a worse Confiscate except not an aura. This feels much more rare than mythic.
StarJake - Seems like this could have been 3 cmc and been fine, which makes the miracle cost unexciting.
Gateways7 - Cool card (maybe a bit pushed for a rare), but the miracle seems tacked on.
Artorias - Not sure this feels rare to me, but I love the flavor you added here.
void_nothing - This seems busted to me, but it's hard to nail down. Granted, put it in a deck with lots of 'living weapon' and it would be a cheaper blue Plague Wind..
Algernone25 - I think this is almost optimal. I would have definitely wanted it to be an instant, but that might have been over the top.
Fajen Thygia - Not sure the white in the miracle cost makes sense. Red/blue is much more the color combination for storming. Plus, this should be legendary, no?
picnicbomber: I personally don't like miracle on permanents other than auras because the mechanic just lacks the tension between playing it now cheap or save it for the best possible moment. That said, I think the Gomazoa effect is fine in white, that sends stuff to library (Oust, Quarry Collosus) but might look better if mirroring the defensiveness of blue Zoas by becoming a bit more aggressive so as to look less like a color bleed.
netn10: Again, miracle on creatures, but it also gives miracle to othee creatures. The flavor is good but I don't think this is quite the vehicle for the miracle mechanic.
JimmyGroove: I think you nailed it in your approach to miracle on permanents. White has access to Enlightened Tutor and Tax+Rack tech so I can see this as a very solid commander inclusion in white. The fact that the miracle is not cheaper but more expensive and poweeful makes it feel miraculous enough. This might even look well in mythic.
willows: I.like your approach to miracle on a creature. It has that timing tension I was talking about before. The hecproof in monowhite might need tonbe limited to "from something" to look better, and the off-color miracle is neat in a way that it makes your benefit a bit harder to achieve.
Jqgirl: I like again that the miracle is more wxpensive and powerful, but one thing I don't like is that the miracle ability can simply not be miraculous at all and fizzle if there's not a suitable target.
Legend: I really, really like this. simple design, yet somehow complex. For tbat complexity, I don't think this card would get printed at common as many newer player would be left looking at it without really grasping at how to use it. Othee than that, I like it veey much.
Fajen Thygia: doesn’t feel like a god except for being monored with indestructible. The drawback takes all the fun out of it. Many of the existing gods can’t attack or block unless a condition is met, but they do something or are capable of doing something regardless, even when they can’t attack or block whereas this does nothing.
TheDrB: A classic Tutor with a twist. Not only does it have miracle, but it can sets up the next miracle. Magnifique!
RaikouRider: I’m super bummed because I had a nice critique typed up but it got lost in the aether when I hit “save”. In short, Archangel with Day of Judgement miracle = exciting! It’s probably too good for standard and would have to be printed in a Commander or Horizon product.
Artorias: Seems Uncommon in every respect. I don’t think black should give all of your creatures flying, maybe not even just one. I do like the tone and spirit of the card overall.
void_nothing: The fact that it circumvents hexproof makes me wish it was an instant, just for those extremely rare, niche, corner cases when you copy an opponent’s creature that has hexproof. It’s good.
Algernone25: It’s fine but really should be an instant.
Prophet of the Pantheon4W
Creature - Human Cleric (Rare)
God spells you cast have miracle 0.
Miracle WW "You believe in me, and so the whole pantheon will believe in you."
2/4
This thing oozes with flavor and it's pretty awesome. On the other hand, it has very narrow applications but it sparks some interest in the more hardcore deck builder out there. Very cool card.
Archon's Armor4
Artifact - Equipment (R)
Miracle 3WW
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has indestructible.
When Archon's Armor enters the battlefield, if you cast it for its Miracle cost, create a 5/5 white Archon token creature with flying. Attach Archon's Armor to that creature.
Equip 4
The pseudo-living weapon is really interesting and makes sense without it feeling like a reused concept. It's a really original and tasteful take on both the living weapon and miracle mechanics. Nicely done.
Blazing Messenger3WW
Creature — Angel (M)
Miracle 2RW
Flying, hexproof
When you cast Blazing Messenger for its miracle cost, it gains haste until end of turn. You may return an Aura from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to it.
5/5
I don't get the RW in the miracle cost while it being a mono W card. Ok it gains haste but it feels out of place to me honestly. The added bonus of returning an Aura is fine. All in all nothing really stands out for me on this one apart from being a really big beater.
Spark of Damnation2BB
Instant (M)
Exile target creature or planeswalker. If Spark of Damnation's miracle cost was paid, you control the active player for the rest of this turn.
Miracle 4BBB One moment can save your soul or damn it for eternity.
While I like the idea of overcosted miracle with unique bonuses, this one seems a bit clunky. The fact that you need to draw it on oppo's turn to control him is ok, but to use this for maximum effect you should draw it on his upkeep or draw step, which seems very demanding since you're already paying 7+ mana. Don't know, I feel like it needs some polishing but the concept is cool.
Divine Denial (Common) 1UU
Instant
Counter target spell.
Miracle 0 The most common answer to prayer is “no”.
Ah, the good old search for the Holy Grail of Magic: the Gathering, the infamous "free counterspell". This version is perfectly fine as it's never truly "free", so you got this. Maybe uncommon is more reasonable for such a unique effect. But do we really need it? Hell no. Do I like it? Hell yes.
Realm Cleanser5WW
Creature - Angel {M}
Miracle 2WW(You may cast this card for its miracle cost when you draw it if it's the first card you drew this turn.)
Flying, vigilance
When Realm Cleanser enters the battlefield, if it was cast, destroy each other creature. She heralds the dawn of a new world.
5/5
Nothing wrong with a huge beater with a wrath effect attached onto it. Sadly miracle here does nothing really special or interesting. Clean, polished design, just a bit bland.
Gateways7: Might need a little clarity on how long the cost reduction lasts. As worded, this cost reduction lasts indefinitely. Concept is cool though.
Artorias: Offcolor miracle is something new. I bet this would look so strange in the miracle card frame, using a black top and a white frame otherwise. Should be an uncommon though.
void_nothing: Beautiful. My only complaint is this invokes memory issues. Might be better as an Aura?
Algernone25: This seems like a real feel-bad if you draw it for your draw step, plus the card is just not good if your opponent knows it's coming. This is why a miracle counterspell would be bad even if it cost 0 to miracle.
Fajen Thygia: I see many polish issues with this submission that make it hard to parse. Not sure what this is going for either. Seems far too hard to turn on for a 5 power guy.
TheDrB: Simple and clean. I do like the option to put it on top to set up next turn. Flavor text is brilliant too.
