Theme
It's Tokens Month! First we'll create some well-known tokens of Magic's long history.
Challenge
Design a card that can create one or more of the following tokens: 1/1 green Saproling, 2/2 black Zombie, 5/5 red Dragon with flying. The card cannot be only the color of the tokens among those it creates.
The card can create any number of those tokens (including variables and "X").
It can create more than one of those types of tokens.
The card can instruct its controller and/or other players to create tokens.
For example, a card that created Saprolings could not be monogreen, but it could be monored, black-green, or colorless. One that created both Saprolings and Dragons could not be red-green, but could be monogreen, monowhite, black-red, or colorless.
Make sure to include a rarity.

Remove all counters from target permanent. If that permanent if a land create that many 1/1 green Saproling creatures, if a creature or planeswalker create that many 2/2 black zombie creature token, otherwise create the many 5/5 flying red dragon creature token.
If a permanent have multiple instances of types only resolves the first condition. (If remove all counters from an artifact creature only create that many 2/2 black zombies.)
This doesn't seem like it would actually function as intended. As written a land creature would make a Saproling and Zombie per counter removed. This feels really weird as a 4 color card that manipulates counters and is exclusively not blue.

3/4Flavor is lost on this one as she doesn't actually do anything about the dragons herself (are they so scared of her that they won't come close? if so, flavor text is needed)

2/2The only change I feel like this could use is exiling the cast instant.
willows: I like the concept, but I feel like it conflicts with all the Golgari graveyard matters cards. I don't think it would be too OP to be '3 cards from any graveyards', and that might work better for me.
picnic_bomber: At 6 (or 10+), this seems just dandy. Where I'm not liking it is at 2, which is supposed to be the primary mana cost.
Cardz5000: I was not feeling this one until I saw that it was a common just now. The 'correctness' of that makes the card shine quite a bit.
mirrodin71: This feels overly complicated, and far too abusable. I could totally build this to give me 20+ power for 4 mana almost every time.
netn10: I like this, but it feels like it would be feast or famine with this one. Post Hornet Queen is just silly.
Hemlock: Way too much going on, and your two drop eating a kill spell will pretty much end the game right there.

I don't really get how Vernia is a dragon-bane as it mainly creates Dragons and then prevents them from interacting. Seems a bit of a flavor miss.

Does this really work the way your FAQ says it does? What's the rules citation on that?
I'd rather that it had text that made it clearer how it was intended to work without reference to an external.

I'm a big fan of this thing here. Maybe the token should be tapped, as a 2/2 for free is a pretty big deal.

This is all right but I think it would have been more effective if you had not tried to use all three token types from the challenge. As-is, it feels disjointed and strange.
Subject16: I like this as a concept, but I feel like there's no point in having a time lapse between when a creature dies and when the zombie is made, because there might be memory issues. You could make it enter the battlefield tapped and not untapped during the next untap step. The card also feels like it could do more or be better, as it feels like a small payoff at five mana.
PsyOp: I think this is a fun riff on extort, but seems a lot stronger in comparison. Making a 1/1 is better than draining for one mana, as the 1/1's will start getting out of control if there are too many enablers. However, the abilities pair together really well and I like the card a lot!
JamBlock: I like this card, it's kind of similar to mine! I feel like there might be some issues for new players if they want to exile a instant or sorcery that they just cast. It's a well-designed card for sure, though.
kwanyeegor: The wording feels wrong here, but it's interesting mechanically and works with what we've seen from Ghave in the past. Solid card!
TheDrB: I feel with the push towards creatures with good enters the battlefield effects and interesting abilities, this hurts interactivity with a lot of those cards and forces the opponent to have a board wipe or outpower the opponent.
willows: Wizards has talked about the reasons why they don't use land tokens, but I think that this is a really interesting flavorful use of the token, along with the fact that it works well with a graveyard themes.
kwanyeegor - I could be wrong but this feels underpowered for a rare, though rarity is wonky in commander products and this feels like it would belong there. It’s definitely a fun powerful effect, but the tokens seem so much more powerful than the life. At that cost, I feel like there could have been more happening, but it’s still a very cool design.
TheDrB - Well this is certainly tough to evaluate for power level, but I like the design and it’s a fun twist on a classic.
willows - The flavor here is wonderful but it feels like the three-card cost is, weirdly, a little high for the zombies but a little low for the Forest? It just seems like the ramp is so often going to be the best mode. But the flavor here is lovely and I could definitely be wrong about the power.
picnic_bomber - This is a very very cool card, and well costed I think. I really like it a lot, and would love to play with it in EDH.
Cardz5000 - This is a fun take on lands-sort-of-being-spells. It seems balanced, albeit just a bit unexciting.
mirrodin71 - This card badly wishes it could be in Atraxa’s colors. To me this card goes from fine but weird and weak with the 2/2 tokens to bonkers build-around with the 5/5 tokens. It might just be too bit of a gap, and you’re always going to want to use it on a non creature artifact.

I'm a simple Magic player since 1 year ago from China. Now I live in New Jersey.
picnic_bomber: At 6 (or 10+), this seems just dandy. Where I'm not liking it is at 2, which is supposed to be the primary mana cost.
Cardz5000: I was not feeling this one until I saw that it was a common just now. The 'correctness' of that makes the card shine quite a bit.
mirrodin71: This feels overly complicated, and far too abusable. I could totally build this to give me 20+ power for 4 mana almost every time.
netn10: I like this, but it feels like it would be feast or famine with this one. Post Hornet Queen is just silly.
Hemlock: Way too much going on, and your two drop eating a kill spell will pretty much end the game right there.

I'd rather that it had text that made it clearer how it was intended to work without reference to an external. I'm a big fan of this thing here. Maybe the token should be tapped, as a 2/2 for free is a pretty big deal. This is cute. This is all right but I think it would have been more effective if you had not tried to use all three token types from the challenge. As-is, it feels disjointed and strange.

PsyOp: I think this is a fun riff on extort, but seems a lot stronger in comparison. Making a 1/1 is better than draining for one mana, as the 1/1's will start getting out of control if there are too many enablers. However, the abilities pair together really well and I like the card a lot!
JamBlock: I like this card, it's kind of similar to mine! I feel like there might be some issues for new players if they want to exile a instant or sorcery that they just cast. It's a well-designed card for sure, though.
kwanyeegor: The wording feels wrong here, but it's interesting mechanically and works with what we've seen from Ghave in the past. Solid card!
TheDrB: I feel with the push towards creatures with good enters the battlefield effects and interesting abilities, this hurts interactivity with a lot of those cards and forces the opponent to have a board wipe or outpower the opponent.
willows: Wizards has talked about the reasons why they don't use land tokens, but I think that this is a really interesting flavorful use of the token, along with the fact that it works well with a graveyard themes.

TheDrB - Well this is certainly tough to evaluate for power level, but I like the design and it’s a fun twist on a classic.
willows - The flavor here is wonderful but it feels like the three-card cost is, weirdly, a little high for the zombies but a little low for the Forest? It just seems like the ramp is so often going to be the best mode. But the flavor here is lovely and I could definitely be wrong about the power.
picnic_bomber - This is a very very cool card, and well costed I think. I really like it a lot, and would love to play with it in EDH.
Cardz5000 - This is a fun take on lands-sort-of-being-spells. It seems balanced, albeit just a bit unexciting.
mirrodin71 - This card badly wishes it could be in Atraxa’s colors. To me this card goes from fine but weird and weak with the 2/2 tokens to bonkers build-around with the 5/5 tokens. It might just be too bit of a gap, and you’re always going to want to use it on a non creature artifact.
