With Land in first place and Tribal in close second, the community voted that the next YMTC should be a tribal land. Given how closely intertwined a tribal card's creature type and its effects are, I think it's a natural fit that the designs submitted should be accompanied by a creature subtype. With that said, let's get some interesting designs going!
As always, use the like feature for designs you nominate for voting. Each design that gets two or more likes will move on to the voting stage.
Brimstone Breach
Tribal Land - Devil (R)
Brimstone Breach enters the battlefield tapped unless you reveal a Devil card from your hand. T: Add R to your mana pool, then if you control a Devil creature, Brimstone Breach deals 1 damage to each opponent.
Tribal Land — Wizard
~ enters the battlefield tapped.
Whenever ~ or another Wizard enters the battlefield under your control, look at the top card of your library. t: Add U to your mana pool.
Fortifying Garrison (Placeholder name)
Tribal Land - Soldier
Fortifying Garrison enters the battlefield tapped unless you reveal a Soldier card from your hand.
Soldier creatures you control enter the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on it. T: Add W to your mana pool.
Leviathan Land
Tribal Land - Leviathan (R)
Leviathan Land enters the battlefield tapped. T: Add U to your mana pool. 5UU, T, sacrifice Leviathan Land: Search your library for a blue creature card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library. If that card is a Leviathan, you may put it onto the battlefield tapped instead.
Nightmare Village
Tribal Land - Nightmare (U)
When Nightmare Village enters the battlefield, exile target land you control until Nightmare Village leaves the battlefield. t: Add BB to your mana pool.
Dryadheart
Tribal Land - Dryad (R)
Dryadheart enters the battlefield tapped.
You may have Dryadheart enter the battlefield as a copy of a Dryad you control. T: Add G to your mana pool.
Tribal Land - Spirit T: Add 1 to your mana pool. T, Exile a creature card that was put into your graveyard from the battlefield this turn: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool and put a 1/1 colorless Spirit creature token onto the battlefield.
Wizard Archives Land Tribal Land - Wizard{R} T: Add 1 to your mana pool. 1U, T: Search your library for an instant or a sorcery card, reveal it, shuffle your library, than shuffle it into top four cards of your library.

Guild Hall
Tribal Land - Ally T: Add 1 to your mana pool. You may spend this mana as if it were mana of any color if it is used to cast an Ally spell or activate the activated ability of an Ally card.
Whenever Guild Hall or another Ally enters the battlefield under your control, untap target Ally creature.
Rogue Tavern Tribal Land - Rogue T: Add 1 to your mana pool. T: Add UB to your mana pool. Activate this ability only if a Rogue you control has dealt damage to an opponent this turn.

Wild Unknown
Tribal Land - Elemental
When ~ enters the battlefield, exile the top 5 cards of your library. For each elemental exiled this way, put a charge counter on ~. T: Add 1 to your mana pool. T, Remove a Charge Counter: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
