This is one of the best YMTC yet. I like it as an instant, but it's a bit more flavorful as a sorcery because you can't make it skip one player attacking. The second player you choose in the turn order is definitely at an advantage. As an instant, you can use it as a fog too. It's a very cool, very versitile, and very simple card.

Some facts of magic:
-Terror is an emotion which, when experienced, results in death.
-The pox was a disease notorious for having killed one-third, rounded up, of Europe’s population. Smallpox, on the other hand, killed only a single person.
-A person riding a horse cannot be stopped by foot soldiers, large animals, walls, archers, or even catapults.
I still think this card is entirely too powerful, especially for its mana cost.
Compare it to Master Warcraft which only affects 1 player, and you can't choose who that player attacks. This affects two players, and essentially board wipes them. This is insanely powerful.
Master Warcraft boardwipes. This doesn't; it just forces attacks. Also, Master Warcraft is hybrid, so it's more expensive. Had it been mono red, I'm relatively sure it could've been 1RR too.
Although is Master Warcraft really played in anything besides EDH? (and EDH doesn't really count because like every other rare or card with cmc > 5 is broken).

This doesn't boardwipe? I fail to see how... I don't think your opponents are going to shrug and take a full army to the face, especially when they will be tapped out for an entire round after. You just had 2 players beat the snot out of each other then, for probably a significant amount of damage, plus whatever pain you want to bring on since they're both now tapped out.
I think the biggest difference between the two remains that with Master Warcraft, you can force the player to attack, but you don't get to choose where they attack.
Even if Master warcraft was printed at 1RR, then "Target player attacks target other player." would be 1RR at the least, and potentially 2RR. Toss in for both players (double the spell), and I really think this should be around 5 cost.
I love the idea. I guess I would have liked to see it force the player to attack the other with his creatures, not give him the option to sit back on defense.

I would like to say this is completely false IMO. While this effect does cause two distinct instances of "you must attack target player", Master Warcraft lets you hand pick which creatures attack and also (and very importantly) lets you pick which creatures block and how. While the effects are similar I find Master Warcraft a much simpler way of creating board wipes through combat allowing you to manipulate how combat proceeds almost perfectly while this card only instigates attack.
Also as others have said, Master Warcraft is a hybrid card and as such its mana cost might have been different if it was single colored or even multicolored instead of hybrid.
Each of them will only get their regular combat phase, but be forced to attack in a specific way.
At first glance this isn't great in 1v1 magic, but it can protect your planeswalker(s) by forcing them to attack you instead! Probably not a major selling point, but it is somewhat relevant and an interesting interaction.
"Personally I love high-riak, low-reqars gambles. Life's best with a decent amount of riak. And f*** reqars."
