Flatline: Just lovely. I picture urban evolution being played in a limited enviroment, so this pairs awesomely well with it. the fact that youvcan play it with your spare land is very cool.
mirrodin71: Bidg Enchantment, solid payoff. I like the fact that the cost reduction activates if the lands were actually played so it can't be cheated into with a fetch or a panorama. Sakura Tribe Scout. Explore and the like are quite likely to do good work in a land matters deck, but Urban evolution might not be the best choice to accelerate your land drops.
Algernone: Clean, elegant. I like it. Only thing is that tjis is quite expensive and off-color to make good pairing with Urban Evolution.
Artorias: I really like the idea: A gainland booat in quality for a boost in rarity seems.ok, but this is a bit too much of an effect: On turn onez on the draw we have a boost pf 7 lifez which is a lot, really, so maybe a "for each card you've drawn this turn" clause would be more in line in terms of balance.
zdtds: Very powerful and solid effect, but again, as with Algernone's submission you're presenti g something very expensive and out of color as to go well with Urban Evolution. Three blacks is a lot.
Raptorchan: As I said before, Inpicture Urban Evolution in limited and the coexistance of
it and yourr card in your pool gives good reasons to play tjem together. It's a nice spell on its own, too.
mirrodin71 - Huh. So this gives a bunch of mana to use during your combat phase. Interesting. It would certainly be broken with something that lets you float mana from phase to phase. But that's ok. Otherwise, it seems like a fun build around card.
Algernone25 - I'm surprised this doesn't exist. Maybe 'cause of the memory issue? Flavor's great. Super!
Artorias - Oof! This lets you gain 6 or 7 life on your first turn just by playing a land. That's not right. Later in the game, it's just a Gate.
zdtsd - This should be "If you would draw a card,....". I've seen this idea before and it makes me a bit nervous, especially in EDH. It might even need to cost b more.
Raptorchan - This is basically the opposite of Algernone25's card. I like it.
Jimmy Groove - Hah! I've just now seen that we made very similar cards. I like it. Great minds and all.

Algernone25: When I first saw this I thought you designed 2BB Dream Salvage, but this is in reverse. This I feel is properly costed. Very devastaing with any kind of cheap card filtration spell that draws (e.g. Brainstorm).
mirrodin71: Reminds me of Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant but only for one land. I don't know if the base cost for this needs to be 6 - I couldn't see myself wanting to play this for that much mana, ever.
Flatline: This is a very elegant solution to the challenge. It's a safe design, yes, but I have to give you elegance points. The only other thing I have to dock you for is there is ample room for flavor text and none has been supplied.
Hemlock: This should probably be base 1/1 or 0/1 - it's a creative idea and has great synergy with the challenge. Just needs a bit more development.
Cardz5000: This is a great puzzle for Johnny to solve, but without some kind of protection seems a bit difficult to pull off. Also why only sorcery cards? Are instant cards excluded for a reason?
Legend: I get the feeling this would end up being problematic for big formats. I like the synergy between Urban Evolution and this, but I feel this would wind up being banned/restricted in at least one format.

A mere ten days after the Mending, a young knight of Valeron and a young ranger of Eos made a discovery that would change Alara forever.

Great minds think alike, it seems. (Full disclosure I did not see his card when I submitted mine. If I had, I would have radically changed my submission.)
Compared to what I put out, you pumped yours to rare because of its multiplayer applications and the shaved mana cost. Rare seems right given that.
willows
Anything that untaps all your lands is going to be very messy and lead to degenerate board states very quickly. Making it mythic and legendary shows that you recognize that. What this really needs is flavor text, especially to explain why it's a gate. Still a pretty high-value play regardless.
Jimmy Groove
A 2/3 flying haster for UR after an urban evolution is certainly value. This probably could have been uncommon (albeit a very pushed one like Pteramander) and in UR you're probably more in pie for looting (draw this discard) than straight draw.
Raptorchan
Very clean, very simple, very likely needs to be rare if you're taking any format beyond standard into account when designing this - and doubly so with flashback. The flavor text is also confusing, it seems more suited to a discard spell.
zdtsd
I like your out-of-the-box thinking. The challenge said a good card to play on the same turn as urban evolution and you're the only card of the six I'm judging that is clearly designed to be played BEFORE it. That said, 6 mana on top of 5 mana is pretty tough to accomplish normally, but for a mythic turning all of your draws into vampiric tutors probably is definitely a bomby enough effect. Deathtouch might be a bit over the top though, but only a little.
Artorias
It's a tapland that is almost certainly part of a cycle, and not that inspiring. The text is off, it should be "You gain 1 life for each card in your hand" (See Gerrard's Wisdom). If Thornwood Falls can be common this can probably be safely made uncommon.
These were really tough to judge between, all six entries are pretty good and it's hard to just pick out three of them, but I suppose I have to try.

RaikouRider: Really cool card, interacts well from Urban Evolution, but I fail to see why dropping Urban Evolution AND this on the same turn would be an ideal situation?
netn10: This should probably generate an emblem or there will be memory issues. This would probably net you 5-6 cards on the same turn you play Urban Evolution so yeah, pretty good.
Flatline: Urban Evolution brings this card down to a single mana considering your first draw of the turn as well. You can even get your last mana by potentially drawing/playing an additional Island for the turn. Nice synergy!
Hemlock: Two mana 4/4. Seems pretty fun for sure.
Cardz5000: I get how this card plays with Urban Evolution, but it's not something I would play alongside it at all. You spend 9 mana and two cards for a 2/2 that doesn't even get you an immediate payoff like the sorcery you just cast would have?
Legend: Can be very powerful in the right deck, and with Urban Evolution this sets a good precedent. Is this an ideal card to play on the same turn as UE? Only if you play this card first then cast it, meaning it basically costs GU. Good card, it has potential to be very easily broken but some cards are just like that.
mirrodin71: Bidg Enchantment, solid payoff. I like the fact that the cost reduction activates if the lands were actually played so it can't be cheated into with a fetch or a panorama. Legend: Good play. I like that you made a land for this challenge.
RaikouRider: You all really seem to think that there's going to be 11 mana just like on the table at some point.
netn10: Smart move including a cost reduction effect here.
Subject16: I find it suspect that you're going to have 11 mana lying around in most formats.
TheDrB: By the time you can cast this, I feel like it's unlikely that most opponents will have very much in hand.
