If Ragnarok flips Guildpact, I'll be a little miffed at him for designing a card that has no relation outside of flavor to at least one of the quests. As a Guildpactian, that should be our primary focus: to design a card that--as unequivocally as possible--solves one of the quests. Name/flavor can be tie-ins, but the combination of card text/type/power-toughness-for-creatures--the portion that Bolas Agents have to lock in before seeing the quests--should achieve the desired result.
If Azorius is honest, I think that casts Dimir and Selesnya into question, as they have said little, and jumped onto the bandwagon early.
But not Rakdos or Gruul, who are also on the bandwagon?
Rakdos/Gruul seems likely to me.
It would be foolish of you not to be suspicious of me. That's the point of the game. If I'm Bolas, my first post was a smokescreen, and it makes sense that other Bolas posters used that to follow suit. If that's the case, Azorius is Guildpact, and Gruul and Rakdos are likely in league as Bolas, probably with one of the other Azorius voters.
I mean to be as earnest in my deliberations as possible.
If you would like an in-depth description of my card design process, I'd gladly give it.
If Azorius is honest, I think that casts Dimir and Selesnya into question, as they have said little, and jumped onto the bandwagon early.
Quasi-echoing zdtsd: but not Gruul? (Obviously you wouldn't suspect Rakdos, since that's you.) I am absolutely flabbergasted that anyone would suspect Dimir; even you said it was likely that they were Guildpact. Why this shade?
EWP: Sure, I'd love to hear your design process, MJ.
Well...
The card's name was first I came up with. I almost immediately chose the third quest because I felt like it goes well with two main themes of blue and white - knowledge and protection. I also applied the standard rules of card design to it - make it simple, make it playable, make it universal, make it flavorful. Looks like I haven't succeeded because many people called my design "the worst". But oh well.
So, back to the mechanics. I wanted to send signals to Guildpact players and fool the Bolas Agents at the same time. For "spells" I used the card draw - because in Magic spells ARE cards, for protection I decided to create a plain old good Knight creature token. Addendum was a signal for void_nothing who was responsible for a similar mechanic in custom card game. If void_nothing was a Bolas player, he would know that I am a Guildpact player anyway. If not, it would make him know we were on the same side from the very beginning. Looks like it worked, correct? The second reason why I used Addendum was my idea to establish the flavor of "special post service" - it requires more troubles (sorcery speed) but makes sure the mail will be delivered. Why didn't I use more Knights to protect the mail? Because I didn't want to make my card ridiculously expensive. Special post service is special indeed, which makes it uncommmon, but not extraordinary. Hope I at least made a balanced card.
And for flavor text I tested different variants, all of them included Dimir. Some of them were too abstract, like: "What did they mean by "At least 50% of Ravnica postmen are Dimir agents? No less than 90% of them are!" - Lazav
But then I realized it will be too abstract and devoid from the quest, and decided to go for something more straightforward that explains the quest almost like a guidebook, but thanks to generic card effect Bolas Agents probably won't get enough information. I also kinda wanted to bait them with mentioning of Dimir agents. Looks like it didn't work well and backlashed against me.
I guess that's all. To summarize it, I always put more thought into card design than you can expect.
That's enough to solidify my trust. So far no one's arguments have changed my mind. The narrative I'm seeing right now is Gruul is Bolas and trying to fight his way out of an exile predicament, Selesnya (likely) and Dimir (less so) are trying to keep a low profile and make sure anytown Guildpact player is bumped off, no matter whom, and Rakdos, under likely wrong scrutiny, has seized on a false hypothesis and ran with it until not long ago.
So, back to the mechanics. I wanted to send signals to Guildpact players and fool the Bolas Agents at the same time. For "spells" I used the card draw - because in Magic spells ARE cards, for protection I decided to create a plain old good Knight creature token.
Where do you see "protection" in the 3rd quest?

I feel like "making sure it will be delivered" would have been better communicated via the Addendum being "this spell can't be countered by spells or abilities", just my 2 cents.

Bolas Agents didn't get the names or flavor texts of the two sample Guildpact cards they were sent, so including something in the flavor text as a Guildpactian only makes a difference when all players are debating which cards are Guildpact/Bolas.
Well...I guess Juan hasn't weighed in on "No editing!" vs "little edits are ok". But as a non-site-mod, I can't tell if an edit is "minor, for typos" or "significant, covering up an obvious slip", so I'd prefer no edits at all.

1) "Help her transfer these spellbooks into our arsenal."
Of course for Azorius helping to transfer something means protecting it. Things like diplomatic mail and cash in transition (hello Orzhov, another white guild) always require armed guardians.
2) That was another option. But I felt like "can't be countered" on a draw spell would be a poor design choice from the point of playability.
3) I totally missed this part back then and now I totally understand it looks suspicious. Hope I won't make the same mistake again, if you won't kick me, of course.
Ps. Now I am going to sleep. Feel free to change your votes or decide the fate of two of us through the dice rolls. I will accept any result (it's not like there is much else I can do). See you in six hours.
@Cantripmancer, well I was already highly suspicious of Gruul. I said earlier that I was considering changing my vote there. And Dimir's card seems fairly safe to me, but they have said less than anybody, which I find noteworthy.
Thanks for the description, Raptorchan. I do find that helpful. Here's mine:
Finding Fblthbp really didn't seem like a Rakdos thing, and dealing with the Nephilim is a difficult thing to encompass in a card (which is why I think most people didn't choose that challenge), and it also suggests an enchantment based answer, which isn't Rakdos's forte. That left me with the most generic challenge: transfer some information. I immediately came to the conclusion of drawing cards, and that brought me to the aristocrats theme that has been increasingly important in Rakdos. So the idea was that you can draw a bunch of cards, and it has something to do with death triggers. Showstopper came to mind, and the flavor of a sabbath of Bloodwitches was appealing to me. I thought the design was very cute, as it's full of drawback, but it's also weirdly versatile, with hints of Showstopper, Terminate, and Altar's Reap. Honestly, I probably should have gotten over the cuteness of doing so many things. I initially called the card Blood Witch Rite, because I wanted it to represent a gathering of bloodwitches, who would use their vile arts to gain the needed information in a way that couldn't be undone, replicated, or tampered with. I figured it may be messy, but it was a very Rakdos way to transfer information. I wanted the flavor text to have a subtle nod to quest 3, which had a female character, so I made the subject female. This wasn't a very effective nod, however. Immediately after sending the card, I was unsatisfied with the name. Blood Witch Rite seems like it could be on any plane (though Rakdos blood witches are definitely a thing). Bloodwitch Sabbath didn't sound like an instant. I did some quick thesaurus-ing and settled on Bloodwitch Gala, as I thought that felt very Rakdos. I sent the request to change the title in the pm immediately after sending the card. To be honest, though the original title would have served this game better.
The point of all this is that if it is a lie, it is a rather elaborate one, and if I were Bolas, my process couldn't have been anything like that.

Well, by the same token, if you were a Bolas Agent, you probably wouldn't have put a cross-guild character on your card, either, so...it feels like a wash to me.
@Cantripmancer, well I was already highly suspicious of Gruul. I said earlier that I was considering changing my vote there. And Dimir's card seems fairly safe to me, but they have said less than anybody, which I find noteworthy.
Ok, the reason I was asking about "not Gruul" was because in Mafia, it's generally unlikely for all the players with mafia alignment to "gang up" on a town/Guildpactian player with their votes. So if you suspect Gruul and you're with Gruul on a wagon you think is Guildpact and you're Guildpact, it would seem odd that you would go "oh, these other two guys expressing suspicion are Bolas Agents". That said, my Mafia half is treating this like an introductory game of Mafia, which is to say that Bolas Agents may act in ways that players new to the concept of Mafia would act...and may not recognize that it might not be the best idea to dogpile a Guildpactian. So I'm noting what I find an odd mindset from you, but it's not so odd I want to vote you over it.
As a Bolas player and Crappy Card Maker, I hate exposition flavor text.
Which is why Azorious and Gruul are the most suspicious since mechanically they don't really the quest they apparently flavored them selves for.
Sorry for being quiet, I've both been getting over an illness and am getting back to work, and my limited time on the forum has been used to fill obligations in other CCC&G threads.
I know that it's too late to change my vote (and I wouldn't even if it I could) Azorious (Raptorchan), Rakdos (Mergatroid_Jones), and Selesnya (Amuzet) really miss the spellbook part of the quest imo. Simic (Subject16) was also up there, but the artifact destruction part of their card rang true for me. Izzet (Cantripmancer) is a really weird card mechanically, but I can see the challenge in the first half of the card at lest (The second half comes out of left field, but Cantripmancer has said that was a red hearing for the bolas gang (or could be covering their tracks for an off the wall design)). Orzhov (zdtsd) is honestly the closest to what came to mind for me on transferring spells (the idea of simply drawing them seemed like they were already my spells, and not an allies') so I'm inclined to trust them. Golgari (Superbajt) and finding lost things go hand in hand, so this seems like the natural choice for them in terms of quests, The second line is not jelling with me, but it might just be because it feels out of pie for me (or at least is a major bend). Grull (BlazingRagnarok) does stand out as being carried by its name and flavor text aside from the use of boars as their token. Boros (void_nothing) The "Choose a card name" really seems strong here as a find this specific thing, so I'm inclined to believe this one.
Indeed, BlazingRagnarok, it was a valiant effort for Team Bolas, but you won't be forgotten once the new ruler of Ravnica manifests!
