Simple enough: you get a faction from anywhere in MtG, and you make a card for it. This can be anything from "a Phyrexian for Mirrans Vs. Phyrexians" to "the cult of Rakdos" to "An Innistrad spirit". You can even be more specific if you want, like "A monocolor Sultai common". I'll start with that.
