Jace: That said, I think the second ability should have been something to actuallu help you get creatures (drawing or some ammount of looting) and to gain a bit of coherence.
His -2 can be used on yourself to draw/loot for creatures.
Unbalanced Spirit: I piloted a Debt to the Deathless deck for some years and I have to say this is quite abysmal. I know it's a bit unfair to judge any draining spell in the light of Debt to the Deathless, but Unbalanced Spirit just doesn't quite work. First, for that mana you will be expecting hard numbers rather than variable ones, and 'half of life total" does never win you the game and it gets progressively worse as games progresses in most circumstances. The mana cost is enormous for something that just won't be good most of the time and I'd hate to crack this as a mythic. In anothet note, there were games I was forced to cast Debt for less than winning ammount to stay alive against hardhitters, but most of the time it was of not much use as my board state didn't get better, so I can account for this not being very good for defense either. Again, I might be judging this too harshly on my experience as a drain player, but I don't think this is playable. 2/10
I designed this as an EDH/muliplayer card where the value would be quite high. I matched it to Reverse the Sands as a Kamigawa themed mythic. Unbalanced spirit is not a competitive card, but I do think your being a hair harsh here.

Sorry for the late critique, lost track of the days:
Git Gud Skrub: A card you would have loved when you opened your very first booster pack. (New) Forbidden Dance: A card that references or is based on another card that was at one point banned in Standard. (New) High Holy Day: A card with converted mana cost exactly 7. AP Credit for Alchemy: All your cards are rare artifacts. Beep Beep Boop: An Assembly-Worker. Forum Explorer Club: The next prompt in a CCCG game at the time you make the card: The Alliteration Game- Z Predictabo: A card using a futureshifted mechanic that was not printed in a set other than Future Sight. In the Beginning: A card that references/homages a card that was in Alpha but not in Revised. No Time to Read: None of your cards has more than fifteen words of rules text. (Bonus!)
(A reference to Forcefield and Zuran Orb, removed from revised and banned from standard respectively):
Force Bubble0
Artifact (R)
Sacrifice a land: Prevent all but 1 damage target attacking creature would deal this turn. "I see the use." - Padeem, Consul of Innovation
(A card I would have loved in my first pack, an assembly-worker, and a card costing seven):
Lickity-Split Constructor's Crew7
Legendary Artifact Creature- Assembly-Worker (R)
Haste T: Create a 7/7 colorless Construct artifact creature token with vigilance. "Ya want one big, giant gearhulk, or a whole mess of 'em? Easy math."
2/2
(An alliterating 'Z' name, and a card with a futureshifted mechanic):
Zoetic Zither4
Artifact (R)
Each creature you control has transfigure X, where X is that creature's converted mana cost. (They have "X, Sacrifice this creature: Search your library for a creature card with the same converted mana cost as this creature and put that card onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library." Transfigure only as a sorcery.) "Play a song, and know yourself." - Ilchior, Mysterious Curio Vendor
My original critiques got deleted so pardon the brevity:
Forcebubble plays good homage to its inspirations and feels like an older design, but shares many of the pitfalls of the designs of that era. It's quite powerful thanks to beign able to effect any combat interaction (unlike forcefield) and the activation cost is steep/unfun but redily available. The balacne is quite off. 5/10
Your assembly workes flavor feels like an un card, but the mechanics are not. Also, compared to Godsire, this seems really ubfair. It's cheaper, colorless, puts this out instantly, and can combo with both creature and artifact interactions. Good idea and the elegance of 7s is noted, but the balance isn't there. 5/10
Zoetic Zither has a great name and has an effect that people find appealing, but for 4 colorless mana is strong. Getting to dig for the exact same creature that just saced over and over again is too good and shouldnt be colorless. The ETB or death triggers this thing would get away with would fuel fun archetypes, but shouldnt be this easy to setup across any color. 6/10
Probably Chaff: A black card that targets but doesn't destroy or reduce the power and toughness of creatures. Illuminati Confirmed: At least two of your cards have morph or megamorph. Check 'Em: A creature with printed power and toughness each equal to the post number (within the thread) your entry is in. BonusMegiddo's Kingdom: Create the maximum number of cards and all of them must be multicolored. BonusUlamog's Thumbs Up: A Kraken, a Leviathan, an Octopus, AND a Serpent.
Tribute to Godot: None of your cards this round can be red. Axion Estin: A multicolor Angel creature. Log: A Treefolk or nonbasic Forest. BonusPretty Tech in Hobo Magic: None of your cards have mana costs.
Uproot the DeadBG
Sorcery (U)
Return up to one target creature card and up to one target land card from your graveyard to your hand.
Flashback 3BG Nothing more uplifting than uprooting.
I don't think this technically qualifies for Probably Chaff as it targets a creature card and not a creature. As far as design goes, this seems fine, nothing really new, but all the parts are put together in a new way. (this could probably be mono-green, but the second color lets you keep this a bit cheaper) 7/10
Fiend of the Infinite Depths5UB
Creature - Kraken (R)
Morph 5UB
Whenever Fiend of the Infinite Depths deals combat damage to a player, that player puts the top fifteen cards of his library into his or her graveyard. Then, for each creature card put into the graveyard this way, create a 1/1 blue Squid creature token.
7/7
Squid tokens without islandwalk make me sad (You're not getting knocked for this, just reminiscing) This seems like a nice combat trick morph creature as a bomb that doesn't clog up your hand if you have it early. 9/10
Rokoss, Heavens' Wreckage7UUBB
Legendary Creature - Leviathan (M)
Flying, trample
When Rokoss, Heavens' Wreckage enters the battlefield, tap all other creatures and lands. Those permanents don't untap during their owner's next untap step.
Whenever Rokoss, Heavens' Wreckage deals combat damage to a player, look at that player's hand. You may cast any number of spells from their hand until end of turn and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any type to cast those spells.
11/11
11 for an 11/11 is nice. I feel like the cast until end of turn ability needs to have the "look at that player's hand" language changed (maybe "you may look at and cast any number of cards from their hand until end of turn...") with its current wording I have no idea what happens if they draw cards after I've looked at their hand. Feels solidly blue/black. 5/10
Spawn of the Boiling Seas6UR
Creature - Octopus (R)
Flash
Morph 7UR
When Spawn of the Boiling Seas is turned face up, it deals 8 damage divided as you choose among eight other target creatures. Each of those creatures deals damage equal to its power to Spawn of the Boiling Seas.
8/8
I'm not sure what flash really contributes to this card. Divided fight is interesting, but I'm not seeing much blue here aside from the fact that it's an octopus. 4/10
Lyvielle, the Worldstrangler7WUG
Legendary Creature - Elder Serpent (M)
Trample, reach
Tap a permanent you control: Tap target permanent you don't control. True perpetuality doesn't bite his own tail.
10/10
The name and colors really don't mesh with me, but Elder Serpent is a very exciting world building point. This is one of those cards that has a simple power to it. 7/10
This puts you at an overall 6.4/10, but with the miss on Probably Chaff I'm rounding down to 6 rather than to 6.5

I'm sorry I missed that Jace's second ability could be used on yourself. I did . This changes the one big complaint I had about it and makes it better by the extra functionality. Thanks for pointing it out, I'm vhanging the scorw for Jace to 9/10
On Unbalanced Spirit, I don't think this is EDH playable either. The numbers might be bigger but that doesn't really solve its problems. Had it been a card to showcase a multiplayer mechanic ala undaunted or assist would have made this printable. I'm sticking to my original scoring here.
Gerrard's Mom - Tarza feels very Orcish in the sense that they existed in old-school Magic. I'm reminded of Shauku, Endbringer... only less proactive. Of course, you can always build around a one-mana legend. In Service of the Baron is cheeky; I saw you enter that in the real contest! In any case, it's pretty good - fair effect for a four-mana Aura that doesn't pump and an obvious Waste Not riff. 7
Hemlock - Kadien is a bit... "obvious"? Not exactly Chinese-menu multicolor, but very safely in-color. However, the flavor's freaking great. Praezer is potentially a bit much for its cost, reminding me of nothing so much as Gaddock Teeg. Altogether a good coupla cards. 8.5
IcariiFA - Jace feels like Jace alright; that ultimate might be too game-winning. The rule of thumb is usually to give your opponent some chance, and this just means that if you control a creature that can attack, 99 times out of 100 you'll kill every opponent hit after their next draw step. Gideon's a bit safe and boring - if the -5 had a clause that allowed it to be activated at instant speed it'd be spicy. Unbalanced Spirit is a fun Melvin card that's sorta like Reverse the Sands, right? Could definitely probably cost 1 less, tbh. Angelic Betrayer feels old-school, and also a bit red. 7
Mergatroid_Jones - Force Bubble is... hmm. Cheap, yet expensive - a possible lifesaving card in the late game, yet potentially useless in the early game, thus justifying a 0 cost. Old school, wacky, I enjoy this card. The Constructor's Crew is very fun and I'd love it in my first pack too. I could see lots of Commander shenanigans with this card. Zoetic Zither is hard to evaluate: In a toolbox deck of utility creatures this card would take over the game, but it's certainly expensive to use, so alright. 7.5
Cardz5000 - I like Aetherial Safe Haven - it's easy to understand and it makes Planechase games go longer, which is a plus in that format for me. Consign to Fate doesn't stand out to me but it feels somewhat realistic, and sadistic. End of the World is rad (and fulfills Is Runnin Wild if you translate Johnny Mundo's finisher from Lucha Underground) - I love how it prevents chains of extra turns within the context of the design itself. 9
picnic_bomber - Lots of cards! Uproot the Dead is definitely Chinese-menu but overall it's alright. The returning lands thing is always gonna be niche (outside of Life from the Loam) but it's useful enough to be a fun add-on. Fiend of the Infinite Depths has a rad, if somewhat generic, effect and I always do like morph being used purely as a form of evasion/trickery. Rokoss is apocalyptic and awesome, Spawn of the Boiling Seas is only marginally blue and flash seems antisynergistic, and Lyvielle is frankly kind of perfect to me. 8
Antiantiserum - Krark's Thumb War feels a little too cute, overdesigned, and fiddly for me, and doesn't quite have that legendary sorcery feel. Disintegrator of Quoz is... hard to use, obviously, and a very chaotic card, but it definitely has its appeal and its niche. 5.5
