Prepare for an informal and collegial card-making journey on the high seas with me, your captain aboard the good ship Italian Lunchtime, a Flamingo-class interplanar catamaran. This contest will see you pick restrictions every round which will stick with you the entire time. Once you have a card restriction in your kit, you can't get rid of it for this entire trip, so choose wisely. What restrictions you may pick might possibly depend on what happened in previous rounds, and some restrictions may earn you bonus points for successfully using them. However, you won't be required to use every restriction in your kit every round.
Each round you'll design cards according to the challenge and the restrictions placed upon you. Afterwards you'll be assigned to judge another contestant at random, and I will also score everyone, out of a possible score of 10 points per round. Round scores will be the average of my score and your peer score, and if you fairly judge the card(s) given to you with a few constructive comments, you'll get 2 bonus points that round.
Nobody gets eliminated - we're not in the business of keelhauling here, although if you lollygag and don't submit before a deadline you lose the chance to score in that round!
Always remember to track your restrictions from round to round. Copy and paste the ones you take into a spoiler now and add to it in later rounds.
The contest ends when we reach our destination. Along the way we'll learn to laugh, cry, love, and maybe earn some special surprises.

Something I should have made clear from the outset: I - and you - will be judging players holistically for their cards in each round. 10 points is the maximum total before bonuses no matter how many cards are entered, and I think we'll all agree it's worth "style" points to make one card that fulfills all the restrictions.
Just to confirm, I believe this one means "targets creatures, but doesn't destroy or -P/T them," right? It could be interpreted as targets anything.

Alright, sailors, time for you to critique your fellows! Remember, even if you didn't enter this round, you're still eligible for the next one, but you simply lose out on points from this one.
The assignments are as follows. Please remember to give your opponent a score from 0 to 10 on overall design criteria, even if they (i.e., just willows in this round) made multiple cards. Half points are allowed. Don't worry about bonus points as I will add them in during the calculations of averages once I'm done with my own judgments.
Finally, the second round is coming up immediately after this one, so after you work on your critiques, think about your card designs! You have until 11:59 Eastern on Monday, June 18th to critique.

I saw this earlier today and had a funny feeling I was going to have to critique it.
So good points, learned a new word and the flavor seems pretty good - apparently a "catafalque party" is even typically a group of four guards. I guess this is basically the corpse cart that is also bigger than an elephant. Maybe it runs people over and adds them to the pile, and I guess it somehow eats dead stuff for fuel, which works. There are lots of 4s so it aligns well aesthetically. You met the challenges, although there is a huge amount of reminder text.
Using it just with the Crew 4 is clearly quite bad - compare Bomat Bazaar Barge and Irontread Crusher, and especially Untethered Express at the same cost. So that's telling me the Reprocess ability must be where the action is. A 4/4 for 4 with a minor drawback (in this case needing to exile a card or two to use it) is about right for colorless, but it's on the weak side.
So does the Reprocess ability work for a guild's worth of cards? Describing it as "kind of Delve but only for activated abilities and somehow even more mathy" probably conveys that it seems too complex while not having much design space. It suggests a self-mill deck which is fine for Golgari, but then your reprocess cards compete for the graveyard stuff. Combining this ability with crew is also confusing since you tap creatures to crew. It's also weird that lands in your graveyard can't help this mechanic, and also weird that Reprocess extends to any other activated abilities this might get.
If this was like, Crew 2 and just had "You may exile two cards from your graveyard rather than pay ~'s crew cost" that would be a fun one-off, but I'm not sold on this as a wider mechanic and this particular execution wasn't a great choice to show the mechanic at its peak potential, which is probably what you should aim for in CCC&G, even though it's a bit different from designing for sets.
So I like the flavor and there's a hint of an interesting if narrow new idea, but I'm not sold on the execution and I can't really see this being a full guild mechanic.

The Eradicator feels like a title without a name, so that reads weird as a card name. The card probably does too much for its cost as it demands an answer, and a specific answer, or it just makes the game a living hell.
Methodology of Secrets probably needs to be costed at least two more, and would probably be worded more like Leyline of Anticipation

My first reaction was that this didn't feel uncommon. After some thought, I do see why it could fit there. I don't love the idea of a strictly better Serra Angel (besides legendary) being uncommon, but it's true that the planeswalker text won't come up much in draft, which is where rarity matters most. Then again, this is a pretty flashy ability, and getting a planeswalker isn't that hard in most formats.
Djeru, With Eyes Open is the most comparable card (and is the EDH competition). Flying makes a huge difference, and the Moat ability can be basically unbeatable for some decks, so I could see this being considered a decent upgrade. I do like that it offers a very different game plan from Djeru's. I'm just not so sure I buy the rarity, and I don't think Serra Angel needed to be directly outclassed.

Score: 5/10
The Eradicator feels like a title without a name, so that reads weird as a card name. The card probably does too much for its cost as it demands an answer, and a specific answer, or it just makes the game a living hell.
Methodology of Secrets probably needs to be costed at least two more, and would probably be worded more like Leyline of Anticipation
6.5/10
