You know what the best part about Halloween is? The costumes! Whether they're funny, scary, or sexy, everybody likes to put on their outrageous duds and participate in culturally sanctioned cosplay and candy begging. Every card you make for October's CCL will somehow be "dressed up" in accouterments that aren't what that kind of card usually has.
First, to the most stereotypically spooky plane of Magic - Innistrad. Don't worry, this won't be a full Innistrad month, just the first round. Now, some of the great Halloween monster costume archetypes are the major tribes of Innistrad: Spirits, Zombies, Vampires, and Werewolves. But these creatures, this round, will be dressed up in unusual colors. Challenge
Design a nonwhite nonblue Spirit, nonblue nonblack Zombie, nonblack nonred Vampire, or nonred nongreen Werewolf.
Make sure to include a rarity.
Your card can be colorless or multicolor.
Stay tuned for September's CCL Final Poll. Anyone who votes will receive 2 bonus points for October's CCL!
PLEASE NOTE: This month will continue the trial use of the "Mandatory Top 3 Rule." For this month, you must submit a Top 3 during a round's critique period in order to receive any points for the round. Submitting critiques as well will be worth 2 bonus points in the round.
Your submissions are due Wednesday, October 4, 23:59 EST.

Pretty powerful. I like the second ability, that's an interesting twist on playing two lands per turn. What I dislike here is that you were tasked with making a green spirit, but nothing about the card seems like a spirit. I mean, even in the name it's LIVING. It seems much more like an avatar or an elemental. It's not something that died and then came back. It also feels very physical, as it packs quite a punch.
Neat little flavor. Not sure I'd put this at common, as it's a bit too complex for that. It's also a lot of effort for a 1 mana 2/2. A good tool to get more zombies into a set and combat graveyard-active cards.
That's a Savannah Lion with some upside, oh my. I like that first ability, it's a neat twist on the existing tap-when-attack ability. I feel this is a bit strong, but sure, sometimes cards are pushed. What I dislike is that you technicially made a white werwolf, but nothing about this is a werewolf anymore. It doesn't transform back and forth and the creature doesn't seem to lose control and isn't overtaken by instincts. The latter I could accept with your flavortexts, but that he just has to stay in werewolf form makes this lose all werewolf qualities.
So, you technicially fulfilled the task, but being clever about circumventing a task doesn't gain you any points. There's no reason for this to be a Tribal card and there's no card that cares about werewolf spells and tribal is not a thing that's being done anymore. I like that card as is, without the tribal part. It's a very nice conditional swing spell. Good design. But to me fails the challenge.
Could have used "source you control", that'd be cleaner. But nevermind the wording. It's an interesting card, that reads a bit awkward. Casting a shock or something similar on this just for a +1/+1 counter doesn't seem worth it. So on the surface this reads like a bad card. But anything that deals board-wide damage plays super nicely with this. It's certainly hard to build around this card, but once you get it going it's super nice. Maybe it could be a bit more pushed for RR.
Interesting mechanic, that's for certain. I guess it feels 'draining' enough to warrant the vampire creature type. A nice way to utilize milling without making it the main focus of the card. 4 mana might be a bit much, as this is very bad at blocking and getting blocked.
