That last ability should not stop it from being a Planeswalker. When it's no longer a planeswalker the "Use a loyalty ability only once per turn" does not apply anymore so it could use it's loyalty abilities an infinite number of times.

This represents Xenagos returning to Theros and rallying the people against Heliod for what he did. Therefore, this Xenagos is eventually able to exile enchantments all by himself with his third ability once you have his emblem. The second ability is the same as is previous PW card had, the first is a slightly powered down version of his god card.

That last ability should not stop it from being a Planeswalker. When it's no longer a planeswalker the "Use a loyalty ability only once per turn" does not apply anymore so it could use it's loyalty abilities an infinite number of times.

This represents Xenagos returning to Theros and rallying the people against Heliod for what he did. Therefore, this Xenagos is eventually able to exile enchantments all by himself with his third ability once you have his emblem. The second ability is the same as is previous PW card had, the first is a slightly powered down version of his god card.

The first ability is Deflecting Palm, the second is based on Flying Crane Technique, the third is a sort of Jeskai Ascendancy effect. since multiple instances of Prowess stack, it actually pays off to gather more emblems.
