Regarding February Round 2, what does unique mean? Does it have to be a combo in which no card is replacable with any other card in Magic?

No, like I said if your card interacts with other, previously exciting cards, that's fine. However, it should do something special with your other card beyond how it would interact with other cards.
I am confused. Did you use points from the previous rounds?
I'm curious how this came to be as well.
Edit: How the finalists for January where chosen that is.

Unfortunately, this can only be played when there are four players. You could have made do without the limit on player per choice.
Can you clarify this? The intention for my card was that in one-on-one, you can choose one mode for yourself and one for your opponent. Is there something in the wording that prevents that?
I meant to say it's better to play this in 2v2 than 1v1. Sorry for the confusion.

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."
Thanks Doombringer! And props to Selesticio for the stiff competition. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't thank the little people that helped me get this far. Namely, the enslaved band of Kithkin I keep locked in my basement that I have design all of my cards for me. Those little bastards sure know how to churn out some custom cards!

Concerted Effort costs 1 less than this. It think this should could cost the same or even less since if all players have creatures, they'll all have those abilities. Also, the "until end of turn" part is somewhat unnecessary since they regain those abilities each upkeep..
I just wanted to point out the "end of turn" clause was needed. Say you have ten creatures on the board and one has flying. This triggers and grants them all flying, then the original one dies. Without that clause, the other nine would still have flying so long as they ALL didn't die, and new creatures would be granted flying too with the trigger. That seems pretty silly/poorly thought out to me for a number of reasons.
I costed this more then concerted effort intentionally because indestructible was an option, which is a much more powerful ability to share among everything. But I realize that is an opinion.
Better bring this up: Anyone willing to host next month's CCL?
Anyone?
I won't have time in March.
I have a plan for the MCC that only makes sense in March and I wouldn't want to host both contests, but if the alternative is there being no CCL next month I think I could find a way. Please just consider this as a last resort though.

Well, today is the 2nd and nothing has changed. I guess I might figure out a last minute plan and run both contests... I'll see if I can come up with something.
EDIT: Ok, I just went ahead and did it. Here is round 1. I've already set a precedent last August by running two consecutive months of MCC, I may as well set a precedent for hosting the MCC and the CCL in the same month. Good I have a lot of free time in this period... (and obviously I enjoy it and I'm willing to do it, otherwise I wouldn't certainly do it.)

For the final round of February I understood that my "product" is one commander deck, so all parts of that product go into one deck.
However "-A card that contains a new, multiplayer friendly mechanic" doesn't explicitly state that it has to be part of the product.
Is it still supposed to go into that one deck?
Sorry for splitting hairs, but this is rather important for what I can do and the task is hard enough for me to check all options.

@bravelion....For the round 3 challenge, when you say to change no more than one of those sentences, do you mean that nothing else can change? Basically, does the card need to be the same mana cost, P/T, etc as the original card?

You give me the chance to make an additional ruling I had forgotten. Only the rules text, the rarity, and the card types and supertypes (this is the new part) need to be the same except for the one sentence you must change in the rules text. All the rest can change, namely: the card name (obviously, as you're making a different card), mana cost (including both cmc and color), subtypes, P/T (if it's a creature), starting loyalty (if it's a planeswalker), flavor text. If your card is a planeswalker, the only loyalty cost that is allowed to change is the one of the ability with the changed sentence.

Choose one — • Until end of turn, target creature loses all abilities and becomes a blue Frog with base power and toughness 1/1. • Until end of turn, target creature becomes a green Beast with base power and toughness 5/5, loses all abilities, and gains trample.
Aside from the wording on the second one (I understand what's supposed to be happening, but loses all abilities and gains trample is a bit confusing). Otherwise this is a cool twist on Turn to Frog.
Shoot! I knew I should have referenced the card I got the wording from for the second choice. It seems strange, and I knew someone would say it's wrong, but it isn't. It is taken from Dance of the Skywise.
Edit: The wording can also be seen on Dragonshift.

Wizards Certified Rules Advisor
You give me the chance to make an additional ruling I had forgotten. Only the rules text, the rarity, and the card types and supertypes (this is the new part) need to be the same except for the one sentence you must change in the rules text. All the rest can change, namely: the card name (obviously, as you're making a different card), mana cost (including both cmc and color), subtypes, P/T (if it's a creature), starting loyalty (if it's a planeswalker), flavor text. If your card is a planeswalker, the only loyalty cost that is allowed to change is the one of the ability with the changed sentence.

• The two public custom sets I've been part a part of the design team for:
"Brotherhood of Ormos" - Blog post with all info - set thread - design skeleton / card list || "Extinctia: Homo Evanuit" - Blog post with all info - set thread - card list spreadsheet
• "The Lion's Lair", my article series about MTG and custom card design in particular. Latest article here. Here is the article index. Rather outdated by now, and based on the old MCC rubric, but I'm leaving this here for anybody that might be interested anyway.
• My only public attempt at being a writer: the story of my Leonin custom planeswalker Jeff Lionheart. (I have a very big one that I'm working on right now but that's private for now, and I don't know if I will ever actually publish it, and I also have ideas for multiple future ones, including one where I'm going to reprise Jeff.)
It's been almost a week. When is your deadline?
Shoot! I knew I should have referenced the card I got the wording from for the second choice. It seems strange, and I knew someone would say it's wrong, but it isn't. It is taken from Dance of the Skywise.
Edit: The wording can also be seen on Dragonshift.
