All I learned so far is that Odric, Lunar Marshal seems to list first strike before flying because Odric, Master Tactician had first strike natively. Flavor-historical templating in action!

This is my conclusion based on the "order they come up" guidance.
Vigilance at attacking before menace at blocking.
Deathtouch after trample since trample sort of involves the blocking order, and moreso because deathtouch happens at the same time as lifelink which is canonically after trample.
I would like your spider a lot better with 2 power at uncommon, so it exactly kills whatever it blocks but is slightly less oppressive. Maybe 2/4 for 4, the best spider body and cost.
The reasoning behind your revised list seems sound. The reason I put deathtouch before trample was because of the way the two abilities work together, first the creature dies from deathtouch, then all put 1 power tramples through. Ultimately, there are still a few abilities that just can't be placed for sure, and therefore should not be penalized in the MCC. For instance, I think it's appropriate to deduct points for putting haste before menace, but not for putting menace before or after vigilance. I'd still love to hear a definitive answer if you find one.
Yeah, I originally had my spider as a 3/5 UC. It's just hard to see such an efficient creature with so many abilities as an UC, but I agree that it doesn't quite seem rare either.
Edit: BTW, thanks for the feedback Gerrard's Mom. I haven't really gotten much since I posted the list, but I really want it to be as accurate as possible.

NP, it's an interesting topic. Thinking about it some more, not sure why flying and the strike abilities come where they do. Flying is a blocking restriction like menace and the strikes affect damage so it seems like they should come after trample. I think they are sort of grandfathered into their spots by being common abilities.
I need to clarify my entry. If a permanent creates tokens and can deal total damage higher than its CMC by these tokens attacking/blocking plus its own ability, does it count?
For sub-challenge 2, do you mean multi-color mana cost or color identity?

Another clarification question, since this problem cropped up in round 1 and I was thinking about Super-Duper Death Ray.
Would a sorcery with either Wither or Infect satisfy the main challenge for this round ? The rules texts for Infect describe it as ''This creature deals damage...'' but would it be allowed on a shock-variant ?

Some kind of witty comment should be here.
I'm sure you can think of something by yourself.

At least instant spell with wither exists. So I made an assumption that similar wording should work for infect too, also infect doesn't have to be tied to creatures even without precedents it being printed on noncreature spells - don't forget, reminder text is not the rules text. And rules text for infect is:
702.89. Infect
702.89a Infect is a static ability.
702.89b Damage dealt to a player by a source with infect doesn’t cause that player to lose life. Rather, it causes that source’s controller to give the player that many poison counters. See rule 119.3.
702.89c Damage dealt to a creature by a source with infect isn’t marked on that creature. Rather, it causes that source’s controller to put that many -1/-1 counters on that creature. See rule 119.3.
702.89d If a permanent leaves the battlefield before an effect causes it to deal damage, its last known information is used to determine whether it had infect.
702.89e The infect rules function no matter what zone an object with infect deals damage from.
702.89f Multiple instances of nfect on the same object are redundant.
Infect's rules text (the CompRules, the only text that matters for keywords) says "Damage dealt to a player by a source with infect doesn’t cause that player to lose life" and "Damage dealt to a creature by a source with infect isn’t marked on that creature. Rather, it causes that source’s controller to put that many -1/-1 counters on that creature." That - plus Puncture Blast - is reason enough to say a card of any type can have infect.
2void_nothing: it doesn't matter but I guess you wasn't correct with
"Your opponents control" and not "your opponent controls".
Since I used Glissa, the Traitor template of ability that can be triggered for each creature, not for all of them at the same time.
(Should have been used "an" instead of "your" though)
Question for round 4: When you say "other than +1/+1, -1/-1, or charge counters." does this mean that it must place at least one type of counter that is not one of those three? or that the mechanic cannot place one of those three, even if it places another type as well? (basically, would a card with Infect qualify for the main challenge or not?)
My intent is to not qualify infect, so let me reword the main challenge so that's abundantly clear.
Does the broader sense of keywords extend to types or subtypes with counter interactions such as planswalkers having loyalty counters that they etb with, or Sagas gaining lore counters?
