Do let us know what you find out about rule 208.5 IcariiFA (or void - you seem to have a much vaster rules knowledge than I). Perhaps what might help is to figure out why the rule was created in the first place - what interaction led to the rule needing to be created? My understanding is that it was created during Kaladesh. I can't, however, discern anything problematic about vehicles that would require a new rule like that.

What I've found is in very niche scenarios, it is possible to get crew abilities to animate non-Vehicle artifacts. To achieve this is typically a little convoluted, but they added this rule to make the interaction "work" even if those crewed cards would then die as a state based action.
Whether that rule would apply to Characteristic-Defining Abilities or not, I don't know. It sounds like it would, but I haven't found any specific rulling/aplication, perhaps because it's a relatively new rule. This would be a change from what I'm used to anyway since I was recently "corrected" on letting a card pass that would make a creatures P/T undefined.
IcariiFA: Manifest allows you to turn up the face-down card for its mana cost if it is a creature.
The idea was to use this with a partner that wants to hit the opponent. it would allow you to swing in with both face down, and they wouldn't know which was the real danger.

For soem reason I didn't think manifest allowed it to be turn faced up, hence my confusion. I'll adjust the score here in a little bit.
IcariFA: My thought process here was to come up with a uniquely black way to do Soulbond, hence the selfish feel of it. I should have gone with the first idea, where the card sucked power and toughness from whatever it was bonded to, but it felt very wordy when it was written out.
Timmy Score
I think the way we (currently) score a card's timminess is so shallow. A Big P/T should not be the only way a card gets timmy points, I am a Timmy player but big P/T is not my biggest Timmy moments. For example my timmy moments are when
1. P/T - I like big beaters just fine thank you, but I also dont like them when they have no keywords.
2. Draw a TON of cards (without combo) - I get Excited when I draw a ton cards, especially when its no setup needed OR when its attached to a FAT creature. Even if I do not get to keep the cards (Avaricious Dragon) I just like the act Drawing cards. Opportunity
3. Crapload of tokens - I get a load of tokens and Im happy. A Big army or a swarm of zerglings. Raise the alarm won't cut it but Increasing Devotion will.
I think that MORE is Timmy. MORE P/T, MORE cards, MORE tokens. Its just getting to the overkill amounts that make me happy, overkill on cards 9verkill on power.

MtG is where you can hate white players or black players, and still not be racist.
Another Timmy chiming in. Timmies also like big and fast. By big I don't just mean big creatures, but also big effects. Things that make a huge impact on the board and look cool doing it. As for fast, of the 3, Timmy is the one that most wants to be Doing Something whenever possible and the faster the better. Yes Darksteel Colossus is a Timmy card, but so is Raging Goblin and Elvish Mystic.
I too like elvish mystic, spikes will see him as mana advantage (you get three mana while enemy has two) but timmies IMO see him as "get my fat guys out faster".

It's important to realize that Timmy is not just big creatures. However, Raging Goblin and Elvish Mystic are not timmy cards. Timmy wants to play big things or splashy effects. Timmy wants to dominate the games he wins without blow out cards, even if he loses most other games. He wants to be social, explore different ways to play the game, and have unique experiences in his game.
Raging Goblin and Elvish Mystic are not "big effects." Fast only maters to him if it's splashy too, and these cards are not those. Timmy doesn't get excited because he played a Raging Goblin or Elvish Mystic, but he may get excited about the cards they lead into. It's important to separate that.
Edit: Point of clarification. Elvish Mystic isn't a timmy card because adding one extra mana is a small, incremental thing that eventually helps play big stuff. Elvish Piper on the other hand is a total timmy card since it lets you play whatever creature for free. Similarly a mana create that adds a lot of mana would be a friend to timmy. But just one? No.
Just out of curiosity do basic lands count as naming a card? As far as I can tell it's within the rules of the challenge but it doesn't feel like it's in the spirit.
Can I just repeat that I am a Timmy and I love attacking on turn 1 more than I love big stompy creatures. Please stop telling me what I do and don't like.

It would surely break one of the subchallenges. However, a "card named Forest" is already too much same as "basic Forest" which has been done before (Nissa's Pilgrimage). Then agains ther is Wastes and that does bot have a land type.

That's cool that you personally like raging goblin and are a Timmy, but that doesn't make it a Timmy card.
There are cards I like as a Johnny-Spike that don't really fit the psychographic.
Labeling yourself a psychographic is a generalization, and even if you fit more/mostly into one player type doesn't automatically mean everything you enjoy fits with that label.
My weekend has turned out to be a lot busier than I thought and won't have time to really work on judging today. Requesting an extension to finish tomorrow.

I'd hoped not to get paired with Flatline as I consider theirs to be one of the strongest designs this round D:
Ha! Thanks for the compliment FreshMeat. I almost feel bad saying that I hope the judges agree with you. Good luck.

On a Note my current entry Names 5 cards.
Divination, Mind Rot, Cancel, Murder and Consult the Necrosages.
The entire card is based on Consult the Necrosages.
Wow I totally spaced on the "not a land" part, I read the nonlegendary and then my brain just glazed over the rest.
