Someone enlighten me, how it possible to give a player more than 0 but less than 2 points in Main Challenge rubric?
It's usually never possible. The score is only there as a formality. However if the challenge was technically fulfilled but the entry went so far afield against the spirit of the challenge that the judge's sensilibity was offended, that would be a case of a 1-point Main Challenge.

When someone (in a judges opinion) fudges the main challenge when the main challenge allows for subjectivity. The rubric was written that way to allow for subjective main challenges.
The challenge doesn't necessarily have to be that subjective. If the challenge is "Make a nonwhite Angel", and someone submitted an white cost Eldrazi Angel with Devoid, I'd ding a point for dodging the obvious spirit of the challenge.
Well, I see. The main challenge in round 3 says: design a creature card with power 5 or more and menace.
I guess the points should be reduced by 1 for:
- creature cards with 5+ power but without menace;
- creature cards with menace but with power 4 or less;
- noncreature cards (Vehicles) with power 5 or more and menace.
And probably by 1,5 points for noncreature cards (Vehicles) with only menace or only power 5 or more.
However, I hope no one will do that.

I personally disagree with your assesment here. This challenge has very little subjectivity. An entry that doesn't have 5+ power and Menace should be an automatic 0.

Yes, in this case if you fail to complete the whole challenge you get disqualified; however, on a technical basis you would get partial points for fulfilling the partial challenge even though you were DQed. This matters because if too many people are disqualified (say, both opponents in a bracket since this is a versus round) then we'd have to go to scores to determine who makes it to the finals. However, I don't think this has ever happened and God willing it never will.
Stalking Raptor Pack3RR
Creature - Dinosaur (U)
Menace
Creatures with menace you control must be blocked if able.
Whenever Stalking Raptor Pack deals combat damage to a player, create a 2/2 red Dinosaur creature token with menace.
4/4
I feel obligated to inform you that this entry fails the round requirement of having 5 or more power. As this is the versus round, I don't think it would be fair to send anyone to the finals due to a bye from an opponent disqualification, especially after only four of the six semifinalists have entered. Please edit your entry before midnight.
2IcariiFA: you know what's strange? Your posted card is not legendary but the quoted version definetely is so I judged it as though it is. Not sure what's going on here.
2IcariiFA: you know what's strange? Your posted card is not legendary but the quoted version definitely is so I judged it as though it is. Not sure what's going on here.
That is weird, but I've seen it happen before. I did post it forgetting the legendary line, but noticed it almost right away and edited it in. I've noticed sometimes when you make edits at almost the same time as the initial post, this happens. It doesn't display the change, but the change was made which is why it's in the code/quoted text. I just didn't triple check I guess.
I appreciate the benefit of the doubt here, as I did change it.

This is indeed a constant problem. The solution is to wait until the displayed time since posting says "1 minute ago" or more (preferably a little bit more, like a couple of minutes) before editing. Polish (2.5/3) Quality - Haste comes before menace in the order of keywords. See Chittering Host and Lose Calm (Oracle text) for examples (-0.5).
No big whoop, but are you sure this is correct? Chittering Host has reminder text for menace, which is most likely why menace follows haste on that card (and is also on a separate line), and Lose Calm was originally printed before menace was keyworded. I think if they release a card with menace and haste that has no reminder text for menace, menace would come before haste. The examples I give for this are Queen Marchesa (which has deathtouch listed before haste) and Dire Fleet Ravager (which has menace listed before deathtouch). Although neither of these cards actually has menace and haste itself, they seem to indicate that the three abilities would be listed as "Menace, deathtouch, haste" if a card was printed that had all three, and didn't have reminder text for menace. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure haste always comes last in a line of single-word evergreen abilities that have no reminder text. I've always assumed this was because haste generally only matters for one turn.

I think I remember Maro saying once that haste is usually near the end of a list of abilities because all the other creature abilities are relevant all the time and haste is only important the turn it enters. See this thread for an example. It's a little outdated, but menace would probably replace intimidate.
Thanks for the reply The_Hittite. The thread you are linking is the first time I've actually seen someone try to list all of the evergreen abilities in the correct order, which is actually quite surprising. I've attempted to update that list to modern times. There is no way that I know of to compile a list that is certain to be 100% accurate though, so this list is the best I could do....
Flash
Defender, flying, first strike, double strike, menace, vigilance, reach, deathtouch, trample, lifelink, hexproof, indestructible, haste, protection from <name>
?Prowess?
Here's a synopsis of how I arrived at the list I did....
- The cards Akroma, Angel of Wrath and Chromanticore give a good baseline to start with. They show us the following order: Flying, first strike, vigilance, trample, lifelink, haste, protection from <name>.
That leaves us with the following keywords to figure out: defender, prowess, double strike, menace, reach, deathtouch, hexproof, and indestructible. Here's how I placed each of them...
Defender - Fog Bank shows us defender comes before flying. Simple. Double strike - Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas shows us that double strike comes before vigilance. Drogskol Reaver shows us it comes after flying. It's not possible to say for sure which comes first, first strike or double strike, but I think it makes sense that first strike would come first. Menace - Kari Zev, Skyship Raider shows us that menace comes after first strike, and Dire Fleet Ravager shows us that it comes before deathtouch, so it could fall anywhere in between those two abilities. I think it would come before vigilance and reach because it has to do with how the creature can be blocked, which seems to be given a lot of weight if flying is taken as an example. I'm actually surprised it doesn't come between flying and first strike, like the ability (intimidate) it replaced did.I'm not sure the crossed out sentence is true. All that can be said for sure is, intimidate came somewhere between flying and trample, as can be seen on Withengar Unbound. Reach - Ramunap Hydra shows us reach comes after vigilance. Deadly Recluse shows us that it comes before deathtouch. I think Deadly Recluse can be trusted because both abilities have their reminder text. Deathtouch - Deadly Recluse shows that deathtouch comes after reach. Gifted Aetherborn shows us that it comes before lifelink. It is impossible to say whether deathtouch comes before or after trample, but I think deathtouch coming before trample would make more sense for a card that had both (which has never been printed). Hexproof - Ormendahl, Profane Prince shows us that indestructible comes after lifelink. Insidious Mist shows us that hexproof comes before indestructible. Indestructible - Insidious Mist shows us that indestructible comes after hexproof. Hazoret the Fervent shows us that it comes before haste. Prowess - This one is impossible to say because Wizards has yet to print a card with prowess that doesn't include the reminder text (as least not that I could find). I put it where I did because I felt like it. Which is why I list it separately from everything else.
I did this as quickly as I could, so please excuse an errors or omissions. I hope my reasoning for the list makes sense. If there is anything glaringly wrong with the list, or my reasoning behind it, please feel free to respond. It would be cool to make this list as accurate as possible.
Edit: I changed the list so that prowess was listed separately from everything else. I don't want to give anybody using the list for reference to get the wrong idea. I'm also unsure about my placement of menace, although I'm all but certain it comes between first strike and deathtouch. I'm pretty confidant about the rest of it.

Just in case: how to judge a card with an ability that clearly doesn't work due to current rules associated with a keyword?
As is, or should I judge it as though it works like its creator wanted but reduce the points in Quality section?
You probably know what I am talking about.

Dock quality points for this but otherwise judge it as though it works as intended.

Oh, nevermind. I somehow mistook CCL with MCC.
I was initially confused as to what you were talking about; now I do know what you're talking about but my instructions for judging stand for the future even if they don't at all apply to this particular MCC final.

All that can be said for sure is, intimidate came somewhere between flying and trample, as can be seen on Withengar Unbound.Reach - Ramunap Hydra shows us reach comes after vigilance.
I put it where I did because I felt like it.Which is why I list it separately from everything else.I did this as quickly as I could, so please excuse an errors or omissions.
