Seeing Megiddo here reminded me of one of the original rules: "2. If you are the judge and fail to judge in a reasonable time frame, I will judge for you, using whatever criteria I feel like."
We obviously need a solution to deadbeat judging (...besides waiting 2yrs for Megs to drop in for the 10th anniversary!). Maybe just agree that once it's been more than a day since the last entry, any of the regulars can call the shot that they're going to judge? Giving 1hr warning to see if the judge wakes up seems polite too??
To be clear, this is not a criticism of Spelldreamer or anyone else. Sometimes real life gets in the way of online stuff & that's fine. Doesn't mean the thread should crawl to a halt. I wouldn't want everyone to be sat around waiting for me.
The glory is winning the challenge. Judging is a courtesy we do to keep the thread alive.
P.S. If no one comes up with a better idea within an hour, I'm judging this one (& happy to!).

Timestream Glitch - "the number of progress counters on this spell as it was cast." but overall this is probably fine, it's a little odd to have two tax effects on the same spell, it almost feels black or red as a punisher kind of effect if they can only afford to pay for one. Weeping Angel - Never watched the show, but I know the cultural reference. It feels weird that this isn't a creature (or maybe becomes one if their aren't any other creatures) The triggered ability reads poorly. Stalking Hydra - Was there something wrong with my reminder text? This is a simple, but very effective execution of develop, could easily see print. Mental Image - I would love this if it simply had another line that was "draw a card." so that it could be cast from hand. Incubation - I'm not sure why this isn't a sorcery.

The More-Than-Six Shooter- 2
Artifact- Equipment
The More-Than-Six Shooter enters the battlefield with 6 charge counters on it.
As long as The More-Than-Six Shooter is equipped, it has "X,T,remove X charge counters from this permanent: It deals X damage to target player. Then flip a coin. If you win the flip, put a charge counter on it. X can't be 0."
Equip 1 Fun Fact: The average number of rounds fired from a six-shooter without reloading in major action movies is 11.2. Crazy efficient, if you ask me.
Massive apologies to everyone for the late judgements. Last week was very hectic.
Ulka: This is a very odd card and definitely an interesting one. Very good for a go-wide strategy as you could use that in the end step to get rid of all blockers. I like the nod to toughness-matters in the flavour text, but I feel like I don't know where this goes in rarity. Either a janky rare or a very strong uncommon.
VolraththeRisen: I like the flavour of this card. It's a drunk guy who somehow sobers up in time for the killing move. I like the fact that it has to survive attacking for it to use its ability, but I wonder if having the ability at instant speed would make it too good for a limited environment (I like thinking about limited it seems). It's a very cool design and it's probably a strong uncommon power-level wise.
Cardz5000: I feel like if this card was either in a set with little to no artifacts or costed one more R I would let you keep the artifact instead of it being lost at the end of turn. It would fit more in the flavour of a train job I feel. It's a solid design however and could definitely see print.
Flatline: I'm not too sure how I feel about any of these if I can be honest. Wrangler's Lariat is ridiculously good for limited and should probably have a mana activation cost. Horsemanship has been out of the loop for so long I feel that you're more likely to see a new take on it instead of it being reintroduced. Backroad Bandit is a nice card but it doesn't offer much new in terms of design space. Circle the Wagons is a version of Riot Control that hasn't been done before, but the card lacks much needed flavour to help it out. Quickdraw Duelist is a very interesting card, it reminds me of Izzet Staticaster and I feel like you could have made your card a bit more akin to this one's power level - perhaps by making it ping every attacking or blocking creature?
Spelldreamer: Interesting design space and worth exploring its potential as a commander as well as other formats, I'm just not too sure what the trope here is (Lone Ranger I guess?) I think hexproof might be a bit too annoying as people would likely try and damage it to hit its controller somehow as well.
TotallyHaywire: I like the flavour of this card, but I feel it should make the creature tap rather than the equipment as that's not something they've done before. I do understand the decision as it would mean you don't get to fire the gun twice in a turn, but I don't think the card itself is strong enough to justify needing that drawback. The design is really interesting though!
The nameless drifter may have been a better name, but no, it's the space Clint Eastwood was famous for taking up in a fistful of dollars and a few dollars more. It comes up alot. The town is run by gunrunners and then a nameless drifter comes in.

As long as The More-Than-Six Shooter is equipped, it has "X,T,remove X charge counters from this permanent: It deals X damage to target player. Then flip a coin. If you win the flip, put a charge counter on it. X can't be 0."
Equip 1
Fun Fact: The average number of rounds fired from a six-shooter without reloading in major action movies is 11.2. Crazy efficient, if you ask me.
IIW: Enemy color pie bends
