When you say bleed, do you mean that it's a color pie bend (getting an effect it shouldn't, even if that doesn't undercut its weakness), or that it's an ability that is in black's color pie, but actually shouldn't be?
A bend, because black gets plenty of creature (and indeed some planeswalker) removal but not executed in that way. It of course does get drain-burn, but since you don't gain life off this unless you spend W on it, it'd be technically acceptable (if odd aesthetically) with all colors spent to cast it but a bend with just BG.

TotallyHaywire - Way too many words. Counting cards-in-library is interesting design space but a ***** to track. Yes, I know Isleback Spawn did it. Also, deathtouch is all but irrelevant on a 6/7.
Forestsguy - These work together alright, but in an overly niche way, and have too, too many moving parts. These should each be two different cards.
KarmaHoudini - Finally some simplicity! These combo nicely and work great in Limited. What else is there to say?

Mergatroid_Jones: Your design is simple and straightforward. I like the connection to Ixalan with the explore mechanic, though if you take off the name, this could just be any blue green flyer. I feel that the explore mechanic tying it to the plane, though, is more than enough to justify it being a dinosaur, however, even if the mechanics don't line up perfectly. I also really like using archeopteryx to bridge the gap between dinosaurs and birds. I could easily see this as a card in a return to Ixalan that doesn't have as much tribal syngeries.
KarmaHoudini: I think you got the name wrong in one or two places, but that's not totally relevant here. I'm not really seeing where the black comes into this one as much, as all of these abilities could be done in green (and for much less colored mana). I appreciate what you were trying to do, and if you added the skeleton type to this, I wouldn't even worry about the color stuff.
Flatline: Unfortunately, this card doesn't qualify for the IIW that I set, as it's not a dual colored creature. However, I will still judge it as it exists here. Once again, not really anything that mechanically ties it to being a dinosaur, so far Karma is the only one to make me feel like I'm looking at a dinosaur through rules text alone (in this case, abilities related to dealing and being dealt damage), but I like the idea of a creature that keeps coming back as long as it can eat at least one thing, which works for a dinosaur zombie.
TotallyHaywire: I like the templating like Demonic Pact, and the abilities do work well in the colors given, but I really don't see this as a dinosaur mechanically. Having multiples of them on the table can be fraught, because if you've already used one ability, then the wrath might kill the other one, but it is an interesting design. I give you style points for trying to make an izzet dinosaur, probably the hardest combo to work with to make a good dinosaur design.

I found myself feeling like a hardened scales for lifegain wasn't worth a card and 1 mana, so I tacked on a scry as well. I was considering adding a clause where if you gained 5 or more life, then you'd gain 2 more instead, but that felt off on the wording. I could also see this card cantripping, like how Blood Sun does, but that might be too good of a rate. I think a scry works here, possibly with an additional gain 1 life tacked on? IDK.
IIW: Make a vertical cycle (one card of each rarity, usually confined to a color or color pair, see thetormentcycle) for your favorite ability word (enrage, revolt, or raid) in standard right now.

fluffydeathbringer- Awe of the Meek: This feels like a real card. I can't think of much bad to say about this except that I think lifelink is overused in white (which is just a personal opinion). Common is perfect with this, especially considering how exalted stacks. This might not have the constructed potential that some of the other subissions have, but it feels easily the most printable.
Forestsguy- Manamist: Mythic indeed. I was just saying I wanted an ability like this on Battle Seaway, but one mana is not the place for it. Here I'll say the opposite of what I said there: this should just be "Colored mana does not empty as steps and phases end." and I would like it a lot. It's possible that's what you meant, but carrying between turns is definitely too much. If it were that card, it would be an interesting combo piece if nothing else. As written, it just does too much.
KarmaHoudini- Eternal Requiem: This is actually really cool. It seems like a bad graveyard hoser, but really it's an enabler for decks that want to do weird things with Tel-Jilad Stylus and the like. I don't know what exactly it would be used for, but whatever it is, it'll be the only thing that does it as efficiently. Nice use of one mana.
chetoos- Suffusing Hope: It's good that you didn't burden the card with extra text. It's definitely good enough without it. This card seems like it can make Soul Sisters strategies more ridiculous, and I'm not sure I really want that. Still, this card might turn out to be really good, but I doubt it would turn out broken in any way. The scry does seem a bit tacked on, but a card like this needs to do something by itself, so I'm fine with it. You're stretching one mana a bit.
TotallyHaywire- Mulching Grounds: Noooop. That card card is too good. Any deck built to take advantage out of it is going to end up with loads of maggots way faster than you'd think, and that's not even taking into account the activated ability or the fact that the maggots themselves get back the lands you're dumping for other benefits. You have to have a good deck, and you have to really know how to play with this, but if you do, this way over-extends the value of one mana.
These submissions are definitely better than what I usually get. Hororable mentions go to chetoos and KarmaHoudini. I'll give it to the most printable card.

Mergatroid_Jones: Your design is simple and straightforward. I like the connection to Ixalan with the explore mechanic, though if you take off the name, this could just be any blue green flyer. I feel that the explore mechanic tying it to the plane, though, is more than enough to justify it being a dinosaur, however, even if the mechanics don't line up perfectly. I also really like using archeopteryx to bridge the gap between dinosaurs and birds. I could easily see this as a card in a return to Ixalan that doesn't have as much tribal syngeries.
KarmaHoudini: I think you got the name wrong in one or two places, but that's not totally relevant here. I'm not really seeing where the black comes into this one as much, as all of these abilities could be done in green (and for much less colored mana). I appreciate what you were trying to do, and if you added the skeleton type to this, I wouldn't even worry about the color stuff.
Flatline: Unfortunately, this card doesn't qualify for the IIW that I set, as it's not a dual colored creature. However, I will still judge it as it exists here. Once again, not really anything that mechanically ties it to being a dinosaur, so far Karma is the only one to make me feel like I'm looking at a dinosaur through rules text alone (in this case, abilities related to dealing and being dealt damage), but I like the idea of a creature that keeps coming back as long as it can eat at least one thing, which works for a dinosaur zombie.
TotallyHaywire: I like the templating like Demonic Pact, and the abilities do work well in the colors given, but I really don't see this as a dinosaur mechanically. Having multiples of them on the table can be fraught, because if you've already used one ability, then the wrath might kill the other one, but it is an interesting design. I give you style points for trying to make an izzet dinosaur, probably the hardest combo to work with to make a good dinosaur design.

Runner Up: TotallyHaywire I came around a little on the mechanics being dinosaur related, especially since the last one can trigger enrage on dinosaurs, this sounds like something the Izzet league would make when they hear about dinosaurs from Ral visiting Ixalan.

I found myself feeling like a hardened scales for lifegain wasn't worth a card and 1 mana, so I tacked on a scry as well. I was considering adding a clause where if you gained 5 or more life, then you'd gain 2 more instead, but that felt off on the wording. I could also see this card cantripping, like how Blood Sun does, but that might be too good of a rate. I think a scry works here, possibly with an additional gain 1 life tacked on? IDK.

Forestsguy- Manamist: Mythic indeed. I was just saying I wanted an ability like this on Battle Seaway, but one mana is not the place for it. Here I'll say the opposite of what I said there: this should just be "Colored mana does not empty as steps and phases end." and I would like it a lot. It's possible that's what you meant, but carrying between turns is definitely too much. If it were that card, it would be an interesting combo piece if nothing else. As written, it just does too much.
KarmaHoudini- Eternal Requiem: This is actually really cool. It seems like a bad graveyard hoser, but really it's an enabler for decks that want to do weird things with Tel-Jilad Stylus and the like. I don't know what exactly it would be used for, but whatever it is, it'll be the only thing that does it as efficiently. Nice use of one mana.
chetoos- Suffusing Hope: It's good that you didn't burden the card with extra text. It's definitely good enough without it. This card seems like it can make Soul Sisters strategies more ridiculous, and I'm not sure I really want that. Still, this card might turn out to be really good, but I doubt it would turn out broken in any way. The scry does seem a bit tacked on, but a card like this needs to do something by itself, so I'm fine with it. You're stretching one mana a bit.
TotallyHaywire- Mulching Grounds: Noooop. That card card is too good. Any deck built to take advantage out of it is going to end up with loads of maggots way faster than you'd think, and that's not even taking into account the activated ability or the fact that the maggots themselves get back the lands you're dumping for other benefits. You have to have a good deck, and you have to really know how to play with this, but if you do, this way over-extends the value of one mana.
