Since cycling was a thing in Alara I thought having a reversed cycling effect could be interesting.
Personally I think there needs to be another set to settle some of the dust left on new phyrexia before they can mount an invasion on another plane, but I guess this fella works just about anywhere:
Vicious Alpha3G
Creature - Wolf {U}
Predator (When this creature attacks you may instead have it fight target creature an opponent controls. Each deals damage equal to its power to the other.)
Whenever a creature dealt damage by Vicious Alpha this turn dies, you may draw a card.

War Party - As long as you control three creatures with trample, Surrak, Praetor's Bane has haste "These monsters can fall! In Atarka's memory, we will drive them off!"
5/4
War party is an ability word for the Temur/Atarka group, and it requires three creatures with trample for an increased effect. Darkmorph is like morph, and there would be normal morph in this set. Spellblade can also show up on creatures, as "whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, this creature gets +2/+0"

Agree with Mergatroid that Theros is the best place for the next Phyrexian Invasion, mostly because I want to see what happens with Elspeth.
My take is that they start their invasion by corrupting Athreos, God of Passage, giving them power over life and death.
Satyr Headbanger RR
Creature - Satyr
Sacrifice Satyr Headbanger: Each player draws four cards then discards four cards at random.
Rebirth 1 - When Satyr Headbanger dies, target opponent may gain 1 poison counter. If he or she does not, return it to its owner's hand.
2/1
The mechanic is very underwhelming on its own. It is geared towards limited where a critical mass of such cards leads to interesting choices and grindy end games. In terms of flavor, it captures the "Steady Progress" attack of the Phyrexians: at first they seem harmless to you, but eventually you are the powerless one.
IIW: a new Split card, where one half is the exact same "card" as an already existing split card half, and the other is new. Order the halves as you wish - for example, if you pick "Fire" from Fire/Ice, it's ok for it to be on the right. Add or remove Fuse as you please.
Subject 16 - Very solid and simple, and I love that you chose a semi-artifact-based plane as that seems logical to be as the next step for the Phyrexians
Cardz5000 - I do like your new mechanic, but I'm not sure how "Phyrexian" it is. Also you forgot a P/T which is pretty relevant.
Katamari - Absolutely love the flavor here. The cards feels very Phyrexian. Although I'm not sure which plane you're invading
Forestguy - I love the card and how you melded Amonkhet's mechanic with Phyrexian style, but personally I don't feel Amonkhet would be the next logically progression for them to invade (if Nicol Bolas had any say in the matter, that is)
Chetoos - you've got some interesting new mechanics here. I really like Surrak as a leader of the resistance against Phyrexia. Dark moron and crash are bit wordy but I like the theme. And I love that you included flavor text for each.
Mergatroid James - the flavor is on point. I love that Kruphix becomes a praetor and the card feels very Phyrexian. A little lengthy rules text, but I like it.
Jacethebodysculptor - I love all your theory crafting and would love to see more of this design theme, but this particular card doesn't do it for me.
