I'm imagining Space cards to play with the Exile zone. Being in exile represents floating in space, so creatures out there can't attack and can't be targeted by the kinds of cards that target creatures on the planet (battlefield), but they can do other things, maybe interact with each other. Suspend represents cards being sent to space for a limited amount of time.
Spy Satellite 3
Space Artifact
Suspend 3 - U
While Spy Satellite is exiled, your opponents play with their hands revealed.
When Spy Satellite enters the battlefield, draw a card. 3, T: Exile Spy Satellite with 3 Time counters on it.
Completing the cycle and adding more cards due to boredom
Communications Satellite 3
Space Artifact
Suspend 3 - W
While Communications Satellite is exiled, creatures you control gain Vigilance.
When Communications Satellite enters the battlefield, creatures you control get +2/+2 until end of turn. 3, T: Exile Communications Satellite with 3 Time counters on it.
Solar Energy Satellite 3
Space Artifact
Suspend 3 - G
Whenever a Time counter is removed from Solar Energy Satellite, add G to your mana pool. Until end of turn, this mana does not empty as you pass through phases.
When Solar Energy Satellite enters the battlefield, spells you cast this turn cost G less to cast. 3, T: Exile Solar Energy Satellite with 3 Time counters on it.
Laser Beam Satellite 3
Space Artifact
Suspend 3 - R
Whenever a Time Counter is removed from Laser Beam Satellite, it deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
When Laser Beam Satellite enters the battlefield, it deals 2 damage to each creature. 3, T: Exile Laser Beam Satellite with 3 Time counters on it.
Sunblocker Satellite 3
Space Artifact
Suspend 3 - B
While Sunblocker Satellite is exiled, creatures you control gain Intimidate.
When Sunblocker Satellite enters the battlefield, tap all creatures target player controls. 3, T: Exile Sunblocker Satellite with 3 Time counters on it.
Launcher 2
Space Artifact Creature - Artificer Construct X, T: Exile target Space permanent you control and put X Time counters on it. If it doesn't have Suspend, it gains Suspend.

Orbiting Handyman 1
Space Creature - Human Artificer
Suspend 5 - 1 1: Choose a Space card in Exile that has counters on it. Add or remove one of those counters. Activate this ability only if Orbiting Handyman is Exiled.

Space Sorcery (R)
Destroy all white and colorless non-land permanents.

Space is a supertype. The rules for space objects are simple:

Hope you all had a good Cyber Monday. Judgment time!
Givawayatron - What I like most about this card is that it's a kind of Thopter lord. We need these. I would like my Ornithopters and Pilgrim's Eyes to live more interesting lives. I also like how they get out of hand in multiples. As a single card, however, I find the effect a bit underwhelming. It takes a lot to set up - three mana plus whatever mana you likely used to create a token, and the reward is not immediate. I'd like to see this pushed more.
Secret Pet - I expect a card like this to get printed some day (a sign of good design), and you did a lot of things right. It can be simple, like Serra Avenger, because the design space is unexplored. It ought to be powerful enough to be worth playing with its restriction. It ought to have a lot of colored mana to play well with Devotion. The only criticism I can come up with is that it's possible 5/5 isn't the optimal p/t, and that maybe the discount should continue into the third turn, because the first turn is pretty much irrelevant, and I think the game can handle a turn 3 french vanilla big guy. Those are more development questions, so as far as design is concerned, the card is perfect. Good flavor text too.
Salt in the Wound - Great card, simple, powerful, common, mana costs that are simultaneously responsible (double red) and enticing (single red). Mechanic that feels like it could see print irl. Perfect score.
Dual Pyromancy - This card is difficult to evaluate, but in a good way. I like that it can hit two targets, I like that it can fuel another copy of itself, and I generally like cards that have indeterminate power levels such as Erratic Explosion. I wonder if it would be good in limited, because my first instinct was no, the instant/sorcery restriction is too much, but then again I can also see getting blown out by this card, especially if there's other good madness spells in the format. So add extra points for being a good skill tester, which I like to see, whereas the previous card is obviously good and would go in any red limited deck.
Blind Vortex - I'm not sure I understand the reduction or if it was written correctly. 0 spells and it costs 1000, 1 and x = 500 so x is taken away once, so it costs 500. 2 spells and x = 250 and x is taken away twice, so it's still 500. 3 spells and x = 166, taken away 3 times leaves the cost at 502. A couple more stops at 500 with no need for rounding, then 502 at 6 again and 503 at 7. Very strange, or maybe something was written wrong. In any case, let's not care about that part. It's a really expensive storm spell that can only be played in a Storm deck or infinite mana deck. I'm not a big fan of such narrow cards, though I'm not at all afraid of Storm. I'll say the nicest things I can about the card: I like that randomness element because it points you in a casual, multiplayer direction, and I like the use of "may", because that makes it possible to Mindslaver an opponent, cast this, and decline all the opponent's triggers. All I can gather from this card is that you are an evil man who likes to do evil things.
Quickforge - What makes this card for me is the free equip. If it only copied the equipment, it would be too fair. Copy and equip and now you have something to get excited about and to search Gatherer for cheap equipment with high equip costs. I also appreciate that it does something we don't see often, instant speed alternative ways to attach equipment, while still being "worth a card" by creating the extra copy. A+ flavor text.
Jewel-Encrusted Stilletos - I like every word that is written on this card, including the name, but I don't like the numbers so much. I expect the only way to make this card exciting to play is with Affinity (Frogmite, Myr Enforcer), but if you are going that efficient you probably don't want this card in your deck. If the 4+ cmc spell you cast isn't free, you need to spend 6 or 7 mana in one turn to make use of the price reduction, and I don't think the reward is enticing enough for the cost.
Monstrous Genesis - This feels underwhelming most of all because the price reduction mechanic is so close to Kicker. What's nice is that if you copy the spell or play it for free, you don't have to pay Kicker, you get the big effect as the default. The card and mechanic could see irl printing some day, and cool things could be done with it, but there's not much novelty here.
There are multiple cards that I feel are worthy of winning a round, so I will make the tie break by asking myself, which card would generate the most excitement if it saw print? Although I'm usually a sucker for the kind of brutal efficiency and simplicity showcased in Salt in the Wound, maybe there are enough Lightning Bolts in Modern already, so I will go with the more niche card Quickforge
