Zirar, Kobold Doomwich(MergatroidJones) - Very flavorful, using the traditional zero-cost creature type for this challenge. Unfortunately, there really aren't enough kobolds in Magic to support it as tribal commander, even when factoring in changelings, so it would more often wind up taking a back seat to Prossh, Skyraider of Kher. On the other hand, some more custom kobolds could fill the gap - and if this were to be made as an actual commander, it would definitely include some added support. Plus, it combos with Conspiracy for fun reanimator shenanigans. Overall, a solid design, though I don't know that the sacrifice ability really helps at all. Maybe it should've let you sac X kobolds for a larger blast of damage?
Sengoth, Prince of Death(Flatline) - Nice use of casting limitation to provide a solid creature for commander. Definitely would make sense in a deck with a solid sac outlet and token generator. Not certain, though, what kind of deck he'd wind up in - mainly thinking of a black Voltron to build him up and swing in for massive commander damage. I can't help but think he should've had some other ability, though - possibly something to make him bigger when things die, or some form of activated/triggered kill effect.
Marggian, the Bloodseeker(PanchoPonceN) - Interesting choice, though the drawback is particularly crippling here - without some way of regularly killing it to avoid the end step trigger, or fairly ridiculous amounts of buffing, damage multiplication and evasion (or extra combat phase tricks), you're not going to get through for commander damage, and it's weak enough that if you're relying on it for a final blow you're better off holding a Lightning Bolt back. It really doesn't do anything that makes it unique at all, and just seems more like a drawback on a stick than anything. Although, I suppose it could be coupled with Harmless Offering to take someone out of the game, considering that the 'lose the game' effect triggers on any end step rather than just yours (I'm assuming this based on the wording).
Eks, Ecz and Eqys(Forestsguy) - First off, I love the name and how it ties into casting cost. I can't complain about using X costs to still make it CMC0, since if I did I'd have to complain about all of them (due to commander tax possibly raising CMC). And the fact that you use Fabricate, rather than just giving it X +1/+1 counters to ETB with, is wonderful both in terms of flavor and mechanics - flavorwise, it means that they can either work as a single unit (with more +1/+1 counters) or separately conscripting other servos (the token generation), while mechanically it means you can either go for the commander damage route or mass buff/debuff with counters, or instead go for token generation. I question the lifelink, though. That seems like a throwaway addition. It's also interesting to consider that this guy technically gets worse as EDH games go on, as more mana has to be diverted to the commander tax rather than the X cost.
Zaxium, Humble Researcher(JaceTheBodySculptor) - A solid creature, so long as you can maintain that higher CMC requirement. I could see building a deck designed to continually ramp out higher CMCs for this, including using things such as Scornful Egotist to keep the ability online from early on. However, I honestly wouldn't expect to see him as a commander as often as I would see him as part of the 99 - Azami, Lady of Scrolls would love this guy.
Some nice designs put forth here - however, I have to give it to Forestsguy with Eks, Ecs and Eqys. It's a great design, makes excellent use of the X cost, and the flavor is wonderful.
Next: Leather or Hags. (This'll be an interesting one to see, I think.)
X=0 does seem pretty overpowered with Eks,Ecs, and Eqys.

MegaJones. like a super lorwyn hag. Worls good for two color deck but provides really really heavy pluses when you get three modes.
Silent Nacht - beautiful serial killer card. But human leather is more for scare and less about thickness no.
Juancu - Hansel gretel card, is it useful? Probably. But it stalls attack because why anyone wanna attack you more than once if it gonna get two counters on their dude. Clogs up boards.
Poohbearoverload.- very situational, i get its flavor.
AmbShegar - yes tanning the dead for profits. A bit unreliable for fast ramping, but can "store" mana which is plus.

Create a copy of target enchantment or noncreature artifact with converted mana cost X, except it's legendary, it's named "Dovan's Refactor," and can't be sacrificed to pay costs of spells or abilities.
When you cast an artifact or enchantment spell, return this from your graveyard to your hand. Unique? Maybe. Perfect? Hardly.
(The sacrifice clause prevents you from just copying artifacts with sacrifice abilities to create a card engine. You are supposed to be iterating over the same construct over and over (hence legendary), getting new parts from your other magic stuff. This card is meant for commander, where it can be a sol ring (for 3) and later a worship, a god, or your second krak's thumb. And you do get the card advantage if it's your opponents breaking your refactor.)
Invoke the Guildpact: I had a lot of trouble figuring out the possible mana costs for this card. I also don't know why someone playing a deck with so many colors would want to exile and lock out multicolored permanents.
Rofellos' Summer Vacation: This is fun, but I don't see why the retreat is a token instead of just an enchantment (beyond the conditions of the challenge, obviously).
Gateway to Evreile: This is cool. Reminds me of Zendikar. Super flavorful.
He Who Remembers: Fits right in with the wacky-but-great white Johnny cards (like Seance). I don't think you needed to make it a keyword, since this seems like it's only going to show up on a handful of cards.
Dovan's Refactoring: This can duplicate Theros gods, which I think is not your intention. There's a lot of text on here for what boils down to a clone effect with upside.
It's super close between Mergatroid_Jones and ManyCookies. But I want to play with Gateway to Evreile right this instant, so I think that pushes it over the top. Mergatroid wins.
