The Line Unbroken1
Legendary Artifact - Equipment (R)
When equipped creature dies, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a creature card that shares a creature type with equipped creature and whose converted mana cost is less. Put that card onto the battlefield and attach The Line Unbroken to it, then put all other cards exiled this way on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Equip - 3
Who Shot JR? (Rare) 3RR
Sorcery
Who Shot JR can't be countered.
You get an emblem with "At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player rolls percentile die. On a roll of 1, he or she loses the game."
Venerated Memorial3UU
Enchantment (M)
When Venerated Memorial enters the battlefield, exile a creature you control.
You may have creatures you cast enter the battlefield as a copy of the exiled creature. She set the example. We just follow it.
Maybe instead of "cast" should say "control"? I'm not sure.
Arranged Marriage - RGU
Enchantment
When ~ enters the battlefield, put a Newlywed counter on target creature you control and target creature you don't control.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may tap two target creatures with Newlywed counters on them. If you do, flip a coin. If you win, create a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of a tapped creature with a Newlywed counter you control. Otherwise, create a token that's a copy of a tapped creature with a Newlywed counter an opponent controls.
Lineage2BG
Enchantment (R)
Whenever a creature you control dies, you may put a creature with converted mana cost less than or equal to that creature onto the battlefield from your hand. The next generation will follow the previous's destiny.

JamBlock: Pretty cool. Little bit of a weird dynamic here, this will definitely run out on you sooner or later.
ManyCookies: Death cascade! I like. A bit of the same "getting smaller over time" dynamic as the above.
Legend: C'mon now, percentile dice?
PanchoPonceN: Whoa. Really cool application of shapeshifter tech here.

Necarg: Hmm seems strong i like it.

MtG is where you can hate white players or black players, and still not be racist.
Pull the Defense1G
Sorcery (U)
This turn, creatures with defender can attack as though they didn't have defender and assign combat damage equal to their toughness rather than their power.
Cycling G
Amber Moon2
Enchantment {R}
Whenever a creature attacks or blocks, tap it and put a nostalgia counter on it.
Creatures with nostalgia counters on them don't untap during their controllers' untap steps. "Tomorrow was another day… The morning found me miles away… With still a million things to say…"
Blanka2RG
Legendary Creature — Ape Beast (M)
First Strike
Whenever Blanka blocks or is blocked by a creature, Blanka deals 1 damage to each creature with the same controller as that creature. 4RG, T: Blanka fights target creature you don't control.
4/3
"You win! Perfect!"
IIW: Fix a banned card, but it's a different card type.
Legend - While the card is spot on everything (cost, ability, rarity, even flavor) it's just boring and uncreative.
JamBlock - I love it! Don't we have a card like this already? This is elegant and perfect. Maybe a bit weak, but that doesn't matter.
Forestguy - This is fun, unexplored area I think (lands with mana cost). And while I get the flavor, it's just not that good.
ManyCookies - Footwork is really cool and very flavorful, but I'm sure it needs some rewording to make it work with the rules. Pull the Defense is also flavorful and interesting. Limited on its usage, but has Cycling and can eventually swing the game in your favor.
Phyrexian Editor - I'm sure I've seen this card before. Anyways, its power is on par with No Mercy or Dissipation Field. I like it.
Rocco - Despite his appearance, Blanka was a human. Nonetheless, this card is interesting and I like the synergy between the fight and the damage abilities. It looks just a bit unelegant, but nothing disastrous.
WINNER: I'm a sucker for elegance, so JamBlock

Wall of Words (Uncommon) U
Creature - Wall

Defender (This creature can't attack.)
Whenever you pay an echo cost, you may draw a card.
Echo U(At the beginning of your upkeep, if this came under your control since the beginning of your last upkeep, sacrifice it unless you pay its echo cost.)
Smooth OperatorB
Creature — Human Rogue (R)
As you cast Smooth Operator, choose an opponent. Only that player can pay Smooth Operator's echo cost.
Echo — Draw a card
When Smooth Operator dies, each opponent discards a card.
2/2
PanchoPonceN: This is a great echo creature enabler. It's simple and it's elegant and there isn't really all that much more to say about it.
Phyrex editor: I like that they can sort of chain together, and the threat of madness 0 is somewhat alleviated by the echo cost. It feels like a lot going on mechanically on this card that doesn't necessarily all tie together flavorfully, but it is still a cool design.
willows: this feels like a card that sort of just has echo to have echo, but since it's a 0 cost just to set up a triggered ability, it might as well just have a triggered ability. That said, it also feels kind of weak that the trigger is something each player gets a chance to prepare for. I guess it's best used in combo with tappers.
Legend: I guess it's hard to gauge how powerful this card would really be. On its face, it's a 0/4 and delayed draw a card for UU, which seems totally fine, then with other echo cards or in multiples it gets very good. I think that, with echo at its current balance level in MtG, this is actually just like... a solid, balanced card.
Rocco: This is another card that feels like it just wants to be a card without echo but here we are in a challenge about echo. The flavor of the card doesn't justify the weird echo-ness to me. Cool idea, probably balanced, but just inelegant-seeming.
