Okay it's been a while, let's judge! I am going to base the bulk of my judgement on whether your implementation of 'tap symbol in a mana cost' feels like you could use it as a set mechanic, and to some extent, how well it aligns with the usage of tap symbols in text boxes.
RyuumiGaroukuni: This aligns poorly with the text box usage of tap symbols, and I feel like "tap all creatures you control" is not a very reusable cost. The card is dramatic and interesting though.
mirrislegend: This is pretty cool, I think the card itself is maybe a bit overcosted but your version of the mechanic feels usable in quantity similar to convoke. (although it compares disfavorably to that ability).
Phyrexian Editor: Even in un-land I don't feel like this is a very broadly usable mechanic but your silliness made me smile.
forestsguy: This has the same "hard to reuse" problem as Ryuumi's card only worse and also it's pretty funny that it taps enchantments and planeswalkers for no reason.
JamBlock: I have, like, huge doubts about this ability (it's super super narrow) but I'm very impressed by its creativity.
Roccovsky: You sidestepped the constraint about aligning with the way the tap symbol is used by creating a new symbol...which represents two mana or a tap? I think this would be a hard sell as a set mechanic.

In my defense, I think "sidestepped" is a bit harsh, yeah? There's no way to display a colored tap symbol with the [mana] tag, so I improvised. You can see in the included render that it's just a regular tap symbol with a green hue. I was aiming for "inventive", not "cheating".

This has a cute interaction between its downside and its evasion ability. Strange though. I had to read it a couple of times. I feel like this could work but its numbers need adjustment; 8/8 with a large dowinside for 8 is a bit below the curve.

If you are creating something that doesn't work with that definition you are not using devotion.
