Debt of Loyalty/Preacher holla. I think you sorta got the feel I was going for. If you drop abilities though rather than just setting base p/t this is a lot more like a Banisher Priest than it is a Control Magic. Which I guess was the point, but the card isn't as exciting if you think about it than it is on first glance

SUBTLETY - 4.5/5. You're obviously trying for a more metaphorical adherence to the theme, and I like that direction.
GAME IMPACT - 3/5. Nobody, including you, being able to attack is interesting because 1) Now the whole table is mad at you

DEEP THOUGHTS 5/10 - Mythic seems a little far-fetched; I am happier thinking of this card as a more expensive (3WW?) rare.

or make the card much more powerful (Rout confuses me).
GAME IMPACT - 2/5. The knowledge that you might have a specific bomb is really only a game-changer in

I like the design. There are a few wording problems (when they're in hand, they're "cards" not "spells") but the point gets across. I would've preferred if you get until end of turn to cast the spell even at the cost of the +1/+1 mode, but that might just be me. 4.5/5

It doesn't really steal anything, and it has its gold from the beginning. Also, you'd think not having gold is what would motivate a pickpocket to attack. It doesn't really come across for me. 2/5

This is really, really strong. Probably too strong. I'd rather see this restricted to creatures and possibly in black so it could've been called some variation on "Grave Robber." The card name is a little abstract to me. 2/5

Absconding Infiltrator can't be blocked.
Whenever Absconding Infiltrator deals combat damage to a player, that player reveals his or her hand. You choose a card from it and exile it. You may play the card for as long as it remains exiled, and may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.

IIW: A bait and switch.
I dig the design a lot. I think development would have problems with repeated mana denial being so cheap, but that can be fixed by adjusting the stats. 4/5
My favorite card name so far. And it might be narrow enough to be ok, though when this is good, it's a blowout. 3.5/5
This is really, really strong. Probably too strong. I'd rather see this restricted to creatures and possibly in black so it could've been called some variation on "Grave Robber." The card name is a little abstract to me. 2/5
I was skeptical of the flavor until I got to the flavor text! Those cheap knockoffs, man. You gotta be careful. 4/5
The only care that made me say, "Whoa!" 5/5
This is the type of card that ends friendships. I want one. 4/5
Simple, not subtle, but I like it just fine. It should probably be a 2/1 to be playable more consistently. 3.5/5

You may have Frigid Impersonator enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it has paranoia. (Whenever this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability, tap it and it doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.)
