Good//Evil
I think it's fine, but I could be better. I like the lifelink/deathtouch symmetry, but the pump asymettry seems odd, especially since the black effect has higher power and toughness, but black cares about power more than white at toughnes. That being said, it makes sense mechanically, and the card seems fine.
Valkas/Oroka
Honestly, I'm not big on this. For starters, it suffers from way to many lines of text syndrome. I also don't like that this is basically giving White 'free' colour bleed into black. In Innistrad, where there were transform cards that changed colours, for the most part the effect on the back side felt at least a little like it's front face. Additionally, the flavor feels really weird and hard to understand, I get that he's a guy who is a saint on the defense and a monster on the offense, but why does he change names? It just feels like a busy and unclear card.
Melakon
I wish this didn't have vigilance. It seems weird to say, but I really like the effect in theory, in that he is a living, repeatable Oblivion Ring that can hit spells being cast. However, in practice I suspect that this will be used mostly to grab removal and as an EOT vindicate when he is safe, in addition to being a big flying beater. Not having vigilance would create tension between using the powerful body and the powerful effect, and it means that the flip side of his ability (when he leaves the battlefield) might actually get to be more than getting your second removal spell back. I also think that he is a 'little' oppressive, even for 7 mana, but I do like the card.
Enactment of Order
It's a cheaper, mostly dual sided and weaker sleep. It's in practice a fog effect that hits activated abilities, so I'm a bit more fond of it than I was at first, but the card feels a bit weird.
