Cthara
Hordeling Outburst - Cute, but I think this is too much raw p/t value for that mana cost, and at uncommon too.
Unbearial rites - Why doesn't it make the creature a bear? : (
Ursine Ambush - It's bear Flame-tongue kavu! This might have to be bumped up in rarity because I can see it making huge waves in limited but otherwise it's good.
Awaken the bear - Nice flavor text, seems like a solid common.
scrad_the_wanderer - Bearpunching is fun gag but it I don't think it should consume surrak's whole identity. This cards seems too dynamic to me in the sense that either it's very lackluster or it's downright oppressive depending on what your opponent happens to be playing.
Mix Master Mikaeus - Great common and great flavor text. I'm a sucker for good off-color activations.
sperlman - It's funny but far from practical. At least make it able to win one of the fights!
Koolkoal - Collective judging to save a little time - you managed to design five unique bear effects that are a funny as they are well thought-out. Fur real, you could have won with just the w/u one or the b/r one.
netn10 - This is a pretty clever card, and a pushed mythic that I actually like. I think the trample is superfluous but otherwise good job.
Morgellons - Its cute but it's also pushed to the point of frustration. Maybe if it just made a 2/2 bear instead? After all, in BTK it's no longer the case that only the toughest bears survive..
TacticalCelebrant
Woodland Siege - This is just the kind of thing I wanted to see! Both options seems kind of bear-y though, iirc the khan options are usually more about extended advantages.
Double Grizzly - Another great bear spin on a Tarkir mechanic. I just wish it morphed into something more interesting, but the mechanic is good.
Adrian Andrews
Bearpocalypse - This kind of ability needs to be on something special, like a walker ult or like a bear spwansire, otherwise it just doesn't feel unique. Besides, with a sideboard of 15 you can do stuff like get 7 Changeling Berserkers out for 6 mana, which is just game-breaking degenerate.
Ursining - Great, I always wanted everything to be a bear.
Bear suit - Setting p/t to a static amount is the domain of auras, not equipment. It's a matter of augmenting something rather than changing its nature. I'm not really the person you should be submitting fursuits to.
iphanx - Repeatable removal effects are hard to balance but I think this is fine. I think you can drop the red from this and it would still be o.k.
avatarz - A bear that's big enough to fight dragons is a pretty cool concept, and this executes it well both flavorfully and mechanically.
tilwin - Bear madness is like a narrow variant of real madness but I guess I'll allow it. G/W isn't the best color for it imo since there's not many discard effects and it's hard enough to trigger as is. I would've like to see an b/g bear or something..
Forestguy - It's bear Flame-tongue kavu! Except instant.. and harder to kill.. Also, direct damage has no business being in green.
Juancu - Maybe this should cost 5 mana like Sturmgeist, but otherwise its fine. I do greatly appreciate the pun.
Winner: KK! Congrats!

Cythare - I'm mentally-incapable of evaluating cards with banding.
netn10 - Generally, asking for a ____ Lord means a lord for ______ specifically. This also pumps your opponent's creatures, and kills all creatures who didn't start at 1 power. Really nothing lord-like here at all when you break it down.
sperlman - I like this quite a bit. Only nitpick is I wouls probably cut trample as its largely unnecessary to what this card does that is really cool and takes up a lot of space. (And don't forget rarity)
scrad_the_wanderer - Simple but does the job. Trample isn't the most interesting choice of added ability, but it goes well with quite a few cards from abzan and somewhat with temur. Don't forget your iiw next time.
avatarz - Fun choice of ability and cool idea to link megamorph to the lord ability. This is certainly a rare rather than an uncommon though.
Chemtrails - Generally, asking for a ____ Lord means a lord for ______ specifically. This card also breaks a rule of tarkir block, being able to flip up and eat a 2/2 for less than 5. Plus it permanently pumps your team, even if it gets killed later, which is not a lord and probably not uncommon.
RedKid43 - A good lord. Intimidate seems a flavorful pick for hound people.
Tilwin - Not exactly and Ainok lord, but still a lord. +1/+1 lifelink and deathtouch seems like overkill. And the last ability makes you want to put this in a deck with no spirits, which is not really the way a classic lord works.
mirrorentity - A super huge lord. Again, a lord giving permanent bonuses rather than bonuses that only last while the lord does feels wrong to me.
admirableadmiral - Generally, asking for a ____ Lord means a lord for ______ specifically. This guy also does nothing to help you win the game, he's pure stall and wouldn't make for improved gameplay imo.
iphanx - This card has one ability too many. It would be better to split these up into multiple cards in a full tribal themed set than put them both on one. The outlast ability is too cheap as well, as you'd just always use it unless you have non-hound creatures to cast because you built your deck badly. Making it cost more would not only be more balanced (I think, I'm no developer), but also give you real decisions during the game.
