yes, because they are 100% unconditional as your card
I'm not sure if you read my card but it isn't unconditional either. If they kill it with the trigger on the stack or just let it sit around you don't get the artifact. And 'unconditional' control spells aren't much better than Mind Control (or, in this case, steal artifact)because enchantment removal is pretty scarce. Just admit you instantly give every card I submit in one of your challenges a 0/10.
Race Car2
Artifact - Equipment (C)
Equipped creature is a 3/2 Vehicle artifact creature with haste.
Pilot 1(1: Attach this to target creature you control. If equipped creature would be destroyed, instead remove all damage from it and destroy this Equipment. Pilot only as a sorcery.)
This actually solves my biggest flavor complaints about most vehicle mechanics: If the vehicle crashes, the pilot survives. If the pilot gets shot, the vehicle stays around.
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
Falragar Buggy2R
Artifact Creature - Vehicle Construct
Falragar Buggy can't be blocked except by two or more creatures.
Piloting creature gets +2/+2 and can't be blocked except by two or more creatures.

Griefing mechanics feel so bad if you are behind. I'd rather the eldrazi player get an incremental advantage instead.

This just seemed to work as "the Eldrazi thing" somehow, both mechanically & flavorfully.

I thought he was saying that indefinite control-changing effects were unsuitable at uncommon due to NWO. Perhaps my argument isn't great in hindsight.
