Each player skips each instance of the chosen step or phase their turn. Why does it keep cutting to black? I can't tell what's happening.
Royal Rumble2BR
Enchantment (R)
All creatures have haste.
Each creature attacks each turn if able and can't block. Sarkhan dragon armies charged onto Tezzeret machines. They understood, there's no more tomorrow. Either they won here or they lost everything.

MisfireballR
Instant (U)
Prevent all damage that would be dealt by Misfireball.
Misfireball deals 4 damage divided as you choose among up to four target creatures and/or players. Yes, you know.. it's the bad guy that shoots fireball, they bound to always miss an inch or two from the actual target thus resulting in no damage...
KoolKoal' Shocking Development: this has the potential to be a one-sided death frenzy, as an instant. It would be super strong against aggro. It would untap a surprise blocker once. In history. Anyways, too strong. Also, it's a movie not a soap opera.
Chemtrails' Training Montage: Citadel Siege checks out the power level. Training montages are usually solo though (or 1v1.)
Admirableadmiral's Vraska Assassinates Jace: wishful thinking or set up for a deus ex? Either way, make it non-land and it's pretty printable.
TacticalCelebrant's Actionsplosion!: I like it.
Cardz5000: too meta
Tilwin's Anowon's Betrayal: when accesorizing, always take off the last thing you put on. What I mean is, this is too convoluted, no matter how closely you think it fits the flavor.
iphanx's Royal Rumble: also known as 'end the game.' too strong in aggro.
Nicol Bolas, the Sunderer: I like it, but it has two problems: its -3 destroys enchantments (I know it's a legacy problem.) Second, it's a character, not a scene.
avatarz' Maladroit Goblin: queue wilhelm scream, right? anyways, I wouldn't want to play with this, I don't mind hitting myself, but I have bad memories of my aggro goblins being unable to attack due to drawbacks.
ManyCookies: I don't get it.
Doombringer: ugh, do you want to give aggro players heart attacks? it's even more concentrated grief than sphinx's revelation, and that's saying something.
iphanx''s Misfireball: I get it, but I prefer at least some standalone effect in my build around cards.
Winner: Chemtrails. I think the magic movie will be a superhero movie featuring planeswalkers, so I guess we could have a team training montage.
Next: A creature based on the Disney villain of your choice.

TMCT: Kind of cute but also kind of convoluted. This is not mechanically red. You also forgot the P/T. JuanCu: Scheme is cute but needs to be simplified - it has the potential to be a fun smoothing mechanic! As it stands, though, it's unnecessarily convoluted. Other than that, this is not exciting. iphanx: Boring narrow hate card. If you can't proc its effect, it just sucks. avatarz: Haha, this card is nutty! It needs to cost a little more, though, and probably also be a little bigger. It demands removal ASAP or just runs away with the game. There are some fun combos to be had here, though. It's the kind of thing myself as a babby would love. SNL: Blah blah. Flavour. Blah blah. Mechanically awful. I don't like it. All of its words effectively do nothing against a particular colour. MOON-E: Cute, but there are a lot of weird timestamps going on here. It seems like it would get difficult to keep track of after a few turns. Togs: Lolling. I love all of these. Mechanically, these are all quite solid, but also quite safe. Tilwin: Mixing mono and hybrid mana looks terrible. Jafar doesn't even do anything with his wish counters post-flip, which is super disappointing. The lamp is boring and parasitic. Cardz5000: Yeah sure that's a thing. Really powerful, but also really expensive, so whatever. Pro humans is a nice touch.
