Enchantment - Aura
Enchant creature
At the beginning of combat on enchanted creature's controller's turn, tap enchanted creature, then it fights another random creature. When you see everyone as your enemy, soon everyone is your enemy.
I totally understand where you're coming from, but I actually think this design is one of the more elegant implementations of this particular 4 color combination (as opposed to being an incomplete 5 color design).
Curse of MadnessBB
Enchantment - Aura Curse (R)
Enchant player
At the beginning of enchanted player's end step, put an insanity counter on ~.
Enchanted player's maximum hand size is reduced by one for each insanity counter on ~. "Don't worry, it gets easier. Soon you won't be able to comprehend the horror of your situation."

"In the beginning, MTG Salvation switched to a new forum format.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move."
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.

Mad Bolt1R
Instant
Mad Bolt deals 2 damage to target creature or player.
Redo 2R (if you discarded or resolved Mad Bolt from your hand, you may exile it attached to a creature you control. You may cast it for its Redo cost as long as that creature remains in the battlefield.)
each time you use a madness cost, you get +1 card. With redo, you get ~ .5 card (the second casting you'd get anyway.) Still discard synergizing, but less. I also made it creature oriented because you never can get enough creature orientation. Also flashback and rebound are super highly rated, and it's because players really love casting stuff twice.
Apologies about the wait.
The madness seems to have infected my internet connection.
