scarbo: It loses the a lot of the P/T to cost ratio advantage by not being able to kill creatures. Doesn;t really seem worth it. Interesting idea, perhaps better executed on a card with more to offer.
avatarz: Nice play on words and a familiar card! Funny a food flavored while not being a parody. Seems fair too. Good show!
Cardz5000: I really hate negative P/T on a card. It's confusing to many players (does negative power heal?) That said, otherwise the idea here is neat. It's feels more rare to grant indestructible multiple times though even without the P/T boosts.
RedKid43: This card is terribly underpowered/underwhelming. That's a huge investment for such little lifegain. Maybe if it costed three, gained three, poisoned three. Regardless, I;m not a fan of the concept. Trading lifegain for a potential game loss is not enticing.
ManyCookies: With how much ground your mad beets cover, it seems more like a rare despite being a super french vanilla. That said, it feels a tad forced. Not quite feeling it.
Ninja Caterpie: Hilarious flavor, functionally good. Even with the whole changeling loophole, it'd just be a casual niche anyway. I might word it more like "for each creature card with a different (sub?)type in your graveyard" instead to avoid that though.
Oculus: Upgraded Golgari Germination! Very cool upgrade, though I'd want a different name.
SelesnyaNewLife: I really don't like these reset button cards that super extend the game. This one being symmetrically without clearing the board state makes it more reasonable then the last one I judged, but between things like Sway of the Stars and Heroes Remembered this feels 1 mana short of safe printing.
Chemtrails: Cute. Hilarious. On point. Commons 4evar! (even if its a low power one, it's still quite nice)
GG Crono: Neat. Fair. Lots of limited interactions. Fun trick to make an opponent attack too.

With the glaring exception of Skullclamp, Mirrodin's artifact theme was strong because of affinity and not equipment. And how is equipment matters outside of red's color pie, red deals with artifacts all the time. Hell, we just had a red God of Forging in Theros.
That card is pretty gross though. While we're slowly creeping up to improving Elite Vanguard (Soldier of the Pantheon is a minor improvement), the effects shouldn't be this strong, nor should they be at uncommon. A monocolor rare with only one of those abilities could possibly see print, but not with both.
While this card could possibly be red, you've really shoehorned it in. Barring lack of precedent, I wouldn't call the first ability red (Auriok Windwalker, Leonin Shikari), and the anthem effect gives no reason for this to be red. If the bonus was +2/+0 I'd be more inclined to say it's fine (except for the part where it's still way too good).

Judgement is based on goodness of card and how interestingly human it is.
Ink-Treader: Cool hate card; seems kind of ham-fisted; nice to play with Wraths. Humanity: Cockroach-like survival skills IcariiFA: Spells are automatically nonland - unnecessary adjective; tokens with prowess is asking for confusamundo; flashing spells to make hasty dudes is an interesting tradeoff. Humanity: Creative and inventive but it could also be a Djinn Redkid43: I really don't see when you want to leash this but the card is cool and simple otherwise. Humanity: Almost undead Cardz5000: Norin 2: Defender's Boogaloo; don't really see the upside in being permanently chumped, but it's a fun card. Humanity: Ain't no cowardly dwarves Oculus: Really flavourful card; two engines in one is a win in my eyes; cool that you can sacrifice itself. Humanity: Deliciously Evil avatarz: Combos with itself too well; WUG for some ridiculous amount of engine is really good. Humanity: Secretly an Avatar wallycaine: Lots of life swings - it has like super trample and blocking trample; careful of that high toughness. Humanity: As "Selfless" as they get ManyCookies: 'Better' [c]Leonin Shikari[/i] is interesting; as a Timmy I really like the anthem effect, but I'm not sure if it's pushed. Humanity: Only on Mirrodin scarbo: Flavourful but be careful of power - 1/3 eats every 3 power guy thanks to his ability; I like how clean it is though. Humanity: Biologically a swamp iphanx: King of rushing in; third ability seems kind of moot - how often do you tap guys before combat in BR; best Wall destroyer NA. Humanity: It's all Ogre now admirableadmiral: Looks rather good at countering things - big blowout for a 2cmc 2/2; good clean design with flavour though.
