arbitraryadmiral: World's clunkiest Halcyon Glaze. avatarz: Failure card. Ninja Caterpie: Kind of cute that you can load your counters on the saprolings and make a bunch of bears. This interaction feels like a glitch, however. Frostwalker: Feels like a moonfolk to me, flavourfully and mechanically. I might have considered making the on attack ability also a pay 2, bounce 1: activated ability for symmetry reasons. Cythare: Mechanically adorable, flavourfully a blast, with decent constructed potential to boot. I like it! mirrorentity: Cost reduction and transmute is a cute idea. I like that transmute also fuels delve in return! Despite that, though, the actual effect of this card when cast is wholly underwhelming. IcariiFA: Kind of underwhelming when cast normally, probably rude when overloaded. The alternate cost here is hardly a choice. Also, we don't like tribal cards anymore. avatarz: Neato! I wish this either let you have less mana, or cost more initially, but also let draw a card. Nice design either way. MOON-E: Divide on its own is mostly a worse Cackling Counterpart, and Conquer is permanent theft in red. Together, they end up kind of convoluted mechanically. I get what you were going for, but it needs some editing. ManyCookies: This design is a cute design, but I wish it didn't mess around with damage replacement. Just make it blue and let it tap to slow flicker things. Also, a cost on that activated ability would go a small way towards creating mechanical tension and "shields down" moments. RedKid43: This thing is kind of bad at everything it tries to do. It feels like a rare from Onslaught, in that it's mechanically niche and untouched by creature-based power creep. I'd have made it smaller and let it make a single target an actual copy instead, or let you choose a type and add it to all your dorks. Cythare: An obvious design perfectly executed. I can't stay mad. Ink-Treader: Cute. I love Rakdos. This reminds me of Release the Ants. Winterspring: Human on the type line is my favourite thing about this. Avatar is kind of silly - try Mutant instead maybe. Also, for next time, if you're going to steal flavour text, at least make sure it's good.
Winner: Cythare!
Next: CD where C is white (or D is white, but not both) and/or Sorin in the flavor text.

Phone judgings. Keep in mind, if you went with the Sorin challenge, your flavor text will also be factored into your judging.
Megs - Well played. A++
ManyCookies - Doesn't qualify.
NinjaCaterpie - Seems fair as GW. I like the sacrifice cost. I maybe would have preferred it just give it to creatures.
KoolKoal - An interesting direction for vigilance + unleash.
RedKid43 - Doesn't qualify - costs too much.
Winterspring - Maybe a bit big, but I like the battle cry + can't attack alone combo.
InkTreader - This seems needlessly complex, and also a lot of free copies. Cool effect, though.
SNL - "Transformed creature" isn't currently rules lingo, but it makes sense so is fine. I don't like that it has vigilance and the destroy ability, though. Both on the same card provides too much value. Flavor text is ok, but that's not really Sorin's view on Avacyn. She's there to keep the balance.
ManyCookies - This is underwhelming as a rare. It's a horrid topdeck, since it doesn't do anything without the forecast. Forecast abilities often play into the regular effect, but not so conditionally.
Prophylaxis - Card ability is fine. Flavor text doesn't really make much sense in the context of the rest of the card.
Chemmy - I like that you seemed to go for one challenge, but just went with the other. The card is fun - I like the two abilities and their limitations.
Atogajolic - I like this Trail of Mystery riff. It plays into GW's space nicely.
Avatarz - This seems like it should cost more than 2 mana. Maybe at 4 mana? I like the effect, though.
Scarborough - I really like this. Simple and straightforward. Reminds me of Ephara's Enlightenment, which I enjoyed a lot.
Figurative - This seems too strong as a blocker. I like the mirror of abilities in theory, but it's just too efficient.
Waffles - I like this a lot. You had me on the flavor until you mentioned Sarkhan. Solid in Limited!
Formstealer1BB
Creature — Shade Rogue [R]
Morph 2BB
When Formstealer is turned face-up, exile target creature spell and Formstealer becomes a copy of the exiled card. "So certain nothing likes in wait for you? Well, 'nothing' bides its time until it likes what it sees, and once it does, 'nothing' takes it."

Enchantment-Aura (R)

At the beginning of enchanted creature's controller upkeep, put a -1/-1 counter on enchanted creature.
Whenever enchanted creature dies, return it onto the battlefield under your control. It becomes black Zombie in addition to its color and type. "He doesn't know when it started, but he only see the world in black and white now... he couldn't care less about what happens around him..." - Obedient Cathar.
Sledgehammer of HateBBB
Enchantment - Aura (R)
Enchant creature
