The point was you don't unleash it. You let it die and when it undies, you unleash it for a 4/3. (Apparently not incidentally, this is why I made it rare.)
Which has the same design problem as Gore-House Chainwalker and Rakdos Cackler in that there's a choice mechanic that is only superficially a choice. Most other usage of unleashed are actually brilliantly designed because they have a serious tradeoff to consider. Thrill-Kill Assassin, Dead Reveler, Grim Roustabout, and Carnival Hellsteed are all very potent blockers which makes you have to think about unleashing it.
My point here is that if you take a choice mechanic and make one of the choices dumb, you've made a fatal design error.

Eh, it loses some of the flavor that would've made it "quixotic". I liked that if Playground Bully didn't have any more bribery counters on it, it would get exiled. I also like how Gwafa Hazid doesn't tell you that bribery counters are worthless without him, and I was going for that here.

Jim: I see. This could count as 'loner' unless you have plenty of clones, then you want 4 of these and then you want a 0 creature deck. Fun may vary, but I think there is a good space in standard for a deck that varies with the opponent's strenghth.

Ink-Treader: I like the idea but the symettry is sort of lacking in that the "blocks each turn if able" is easier to get around. I wish each clause said "can't attack and blocks each turn…" instead, I think.
slytherpuff: I wish this removed the fate counters when it "died," so you didn't have all the counters lingering around. I like the idea here, but I kind of wish there were more to it for a five mana color intensive legendary enchantment.
ManyCookies: Infinite with inspired. Also doesn't feel red except that tango is hot.
Chemtrails: Oh, this seems… too good. I really like the theory of it and the name I get and it works, but I feel like its so abusable somehow. Not sure what the balance would be though.
admirableadmiral: I do like things with Ratchet-Bomb-level specificity of effect. I'm trying to think where this is the most useful. It can never pump tokens, its less cost-effective than a glorious anthem for one-mana creatures, so it's probably going to find the sweet spot at three or four? I think the better version of this card might enter the battlefield with none and add a verse counter each turn, while keeping the second clause exactly the same, so you start out with no bonus, then +1 for your one-costs, etc etc etc.
