IIW: A black planeswalker whose abilities do not contain any of the following words: Destroy, exile, discard, sacrifice, graveyard.
I'm not quite sure what your cards had to do with the challenge. Regardless, it's a nice idea on cards that are really damn strong.
Kicker was Level Up before Level Up was cool/existed. If you want to play those two cards slightly safer, add 1 cost to the base spells.
Ascension of the Reveller1RG
Sorcery (R)
As an additional cost to cast Ascension of the Reveller, tap five untapped permanents you control.
Search your library for an enchantment or creature card and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library. With the writhing cacophony as godly prayer and the bonfire as humble offering, Xenagos’ reign in Nyx began.

Is there a new letter for the untap symbol?
IIW: Khans of Tarkir
Creatures you control have "3, t or 3, n: Put a +1/+1 counter on this creature."
The templating exists, you might as well use it rather than making it all messy and repetitive. (Also, the letter for untap should've been the first one you checked after Q didn't work anymore.)
I honestly can't think of a card for dancing or Bayonetta. So I guess I'll go with the lame challenge.
Sev, Aegis of ThuneWW Legendary Creature - Human Soldier (R)
Defender
Whenever another creature you control blocks, you may put two +1/+1 counters of Sev, Aegis of Thune.
All damage that would be dealt to you is dealt to Sev instead.

IIW: Design a card for this dude's commander/EDH deck.
Otto's Irresistible Dance1G Instant (U)
Choose target creature. All creatures but that creature gain "T: This creature fights chosen creature" until the end of turn.
Namesake spell in DnD makes target creature provoke opportunity attacks.
avatarz: Horrendously broken. Keldon Twilight does it better, but even that's a mess. arbitraryadmiral: This thing is trying to be too clever for it's own good, and suffers as a design because of it. Am Shegar: I suppose this is cute. I'd have preferred the conditions to be reversed and it to just be a RG legend. Red isn't really needed here - white can reciprocate guys just fine on its own. GC Crono: I did this once, but it was bigger, GW, and made bugs. Spirits are usually white fliers outside of Kamigawa, so that's a little weird. Five mana is probably a little steep for something so fragile. Comparisons to be made with Saint Traft (who I realise is actually nuts). ManyCookies: I wish this costed a lot and could be convoked (or something) down to size. Requiring taps is a little lame. Red doing this kind of thing is odd, too - especially since it can grab enchantments. adrmirbelasl: Cute, but also a little bit too clever for its own good. This kind of thing is probably green, I think. Doomy has good suggestions. Use them. SCDL: Wall lord. Kinda cute. I guess it's good for people who like to turtle, but I can't imagine this would produce fun game states for anybody else. It even gets bigger so you can't attack into it without losing your dudes. Am Shegar: Cute. I like this. It's wording is off, but as a design it's lots of fun. I appreciate the option for multiplayer shenanigans, but I'm hard pressed to find a time where it'll ever really happen.
Winner: Um. Am Shegar for not one but two sort of interesting cards. (???) Next: signature spells // one-card combo deck (like pod)
Tibalt's Ultimatum3BR
Sorcery [M]
Target player may discard any number of cards. Then, Tibalt's Ultimatum deals 3 damage to that player for each card in his or her hand. "Your head is full of brain tissue and blood. Let's try to empty it of at least one of those substances."
IIW: Cards that explore areas of rules most people don't know
Pocket DimensionUW
Enchantment (R) XWU: Exile X other target permanents you control. 2: Return a permanent card exiled by Pocket Dimension to the battlefield under your control. “It may not be comfortable, but it’s a home.”

Dack's GuileU
Instant (U)
Untap target noncreature artifact and gain control of it until end of turn. "They'll never even know it was missing." -Dack Fayden
IIW: A "shardshifted" version of an iconic Alara-block card.
ManyCookies: I wish this costed a lot and could be convoked (or something) down to size. Requiring taps is a little lame. Red doing this kind of thing is odd, too - especially since it can grab enchantments.
Bear in mind you can also tap lands, so you could just treat it as an eight mana spell in most cases.
Jace's Scouring2U
Sorcery (R)
Multikicker 2U
Exile the top seven cards of target player's library. You may cast an instant or sorcery card exiled this way without paying its mana cost, then put the rest of the exiled cards into its owner's graveyard. Repeat this process for each time Jace's Retrieval was kicked.
admirableadmiral: Your card is really overcosted - look at Sirocco, for example. I appreciated the flavor of cruel choice, as it perfectly fits Tibalt, but I really think you should have taken some risks with the cost. Ink-Treader: Building a deck around this seems sweet. Not only your creatures are almost unkillable in combat, repeating ETB effects ad infinum is a legit strategy(bant Thragtusk-Resto shenaningans). maximumbuttitude: Ixidor's Rule Nightmare does surprisngly little, although it indeed is fancy(Counter target permanent spell. Its controller puts a 2/2 blue Bear creature token onto the battlefield). Gustha's Pact is - spoilers - not the winner of this round, but you have my respect for that mana identity indicator formatting. Pact mechanic is fine and all but sticking it on a potential combo piece is scary. GG Crono: Clean and simple, but that part of Dack's identity is already explored by his PW card. Card's still good, just gravely unexciting. ManyCookies: This effect is not 2U, and even more so not a scaleable 2U. Also, hitting nothing feels bad. It was ok when it was stapled on a Mindseeker, but not a fan of it in stand-alone form.
